When I was searching for an accommodation in Secunderabad, I found the Taj Tristar reviews were mostly complaining about pests & cleanliness. But, to my surprise, I didn't faced any of those problems during my stay & enjoyed my stay in TAJ TRISTAR. Its located in Sarojini Devi road in the heart of the city and 1.7km from Railway station. Enjoyed south indian veg buffet breakfast. Staffs are helpful. One thing which I noticed was that we have to request for the facilities/services like bath towel, dental kit, shaving kit, newspaper etc. Extra bed offered in the executive room was a mattress on the floor and a blanket. The facility of folding and portable single bed was not available. Room, bed, restroom etc were very clean & neat. Recommend this hotel in Secunderabad for a pleasant stay.FromTRY 2,048

The stay is nice. Rooms are nice. Breakfast is decent for a 3 star - nice south indian variety. Food is tasty. Room service very good. Very fast and the food was yum. Toilets are clean, only issue was the shower head and faucet was spraying the water at the same time, the option to choose either one was broken, but not too much inconvenient. When I was searching for an accommodation in Secunderabad, I found the Taj Tristar reviews were mostly complaining about pests & cleanliness. But, to my surprise, I didn't faced any of those problems during my stay & enjoyed my stay in TAJ TRISTAR. Its located in Sarojini Devi road in the heart of the city and 1.7km from Railway station. Enjoyed south indian veg buffet breakfast. Staffs are helpful. One thing which I noticed was that we have to request for the facilities/services like bath towel, dental kit, shaving kit, newspaper etc. Extra bed offered in the executive room was a mattress on the floor and a blanket. The facility of folding and portable single bed was not available. Room, bed, restroom etc were very clean & neat. Recommend this hotel in Secunderabad for a pleasant stay.

However, there was one incident we didn't appreciate—while we were away from our room, it was cleaned without any prior notice. When we raised the issue, instead of apologizing, the staff member argued with us. This was the only aspect we didn't like.
