I've stayed here many times. The price is reasonable, and I'm very satisfied with how clean the rooms are. Plus, it's super convenient having an MRT station and a shopping mall nearby! 👍 There's a dessert shop called 'Yat Ka Yan' nearby that I highly recommend! Also, the ban mian shop downstairs is open really late, until 3 AM.

I booked the Queen Connecting Room. The room size wasn't very big, and the decor felt a bit dated, but the bed was very comfortable, and the service was prompt. The room had local power outlets, so no adapter was needed, which was convenient. The breakfast selection was a bit limited, but items were replenished quickly. The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to public transport, including the subway.

The room was decent, comparable to a mid-range hotel like Ji Hotel or Atour in China. For the price in Singapore, it was alright. The service, however, was just okay, not particularly warm. When I arrived, no one helped with my luggage from the car, and when I mentioned I was in a hurry to check out, the front desk staff was unhurried and quite perfunctory. Interestingly, they were exceptionally enthusiastic with English-speaking foreigners. Perhaps many Chinese tourists stay here at this price point, leading to a noticeable difference in service attitude. I wouldn't have stayed here if my wife and kids hadn't changed their plans and returned to China unexpectedly.

My stay at Studio M Hotel Singapore was a mixed experience that balanced comfort with a frustrating service encounter. On the positive side, the rooms are thoughtfully designed and stand out from typical city hotels. The loft-style layout gives a sense of space that feels both modern and functional, especially for a short stay. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and the overall aesthetic had a sleek, contemporary vibe that makes it appealing for both business and leisure travelers. The location is also a strong advantage. Situated along the Singapore River, it offers easy access to dining spots and is within reasonable distance of key areas like Clarke Quay. It’s convenient enough without being right in the middle of the noise, which I appreciated. However, the experience was let down by the lack of flexibility from the front desk staff. During check-in, I did not have my IC or passport on hand, and while I understand the need for verification, the handling of the situation felt unnecessarily rigid. There was little effort to explore alternative solutions or offer reassurance, which made the process more stressful than it needed to be. In a hospitality setting, a bit of understanding and problem-solving goes a long way, and this was noticeably lacking. That said, once past the check-in issue, the rest of the stay was relatively smooth. The facilities were decent, and housekeeping maintained a good standard throughout. Overall, Studio M delivers well on comfort, design, and location, but the service experience—particularly at the front desk—could benefit from a more guest-centric approach. It’s a great place to stay if everything goes according to plan, but if you run into any hiccups, be prepared for a by-the-book response rather than a flexible one.

I had been here several times, staying at both wings. I like the pool. This time, like the previous time..the wifi wasn’t working well but this time, it has caused some “major” issues and inconvenience! I can’t be reached for hours! I called reception for help and eventually they sent staff to my room to settle the issue for me! Thankful and grateful for that. All the rest are good for a short stay.

This hotel was the best one our family of three stayed at during our trip to Singapore. Since mid-July is my husband's and my wedding anniversary, I noted it on the booking. The hotel was incredibly thoughtful! Because of a typhoon, I only booked the night before. When we checked in, not only was the room decorated, but there were also cute drawings on the mirror and a lovely little card. When we returned to the hotel after exploring, there was even a row of mini cakes on the table! We were truly touched. Plus, there were many staff members who spoke Chinese and were willing to communicate in Chinese, unlike some of the later hotels where staff clearly understood Chinese but wouldn't use it. Their hotel is also very clean and beautiful! The pool is spotless and the gym has a great selection of equipment. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Singapore!

My stay at Marina Bay Sands Singapore was absolutely fantastic and I highly recommend it! The hotel's location is excellent, directly connected to a mall, and within walking distance of famous attractions like Gardens by the Bay and Merlion Park, making getting around incredibly convenient. Check-in was efficient, and the staff were warm and professional, providing attentive service throughout, truly reflecting a five-star hotel experience. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a modern design and immaculate cleanliness. The bed was soft, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a wonderfully comfortable night's sleep. What truly impressed me most was the room's view – whether it was the city skyline or the Marina Bay night view, both were absolutely stunning. The hotel's infinity pool definitely lives up to its reputation; the views are unforgettable and it's an absolute must-visit spot when in Singapore. The breakfast spread was extensive, with a great variety of both Western and Asian options, all of which tasted delicious. Overall, everything from the environment and facilities to the service was impeccable. It was a very enjoyable and memorable stay. If I ever visit Singapore again, I will definitely choose this hotel, and I'll be recommending it to all my friends and family!

Great location situated right between Lavender and Bugis stations. It’s very convenient for traveling to Bugis for shopping or heading over to Chinatown. The room offered good value for money; it was reasonably sized and kept very clean. My only minor complaint is that the soundproofing could be better, as noise from hallway was audible. However, for a short one-night solo stay, it wasn't a major issue and I was generally satisfied.

The location is great, about a five or six-minute walk to Fort Canning MRT station, and the surrounding area is lovely. It's also very close to the bustling city center with malls, convenience stores, food, and coffee shops all nearby. The room was larger than I expected, with enough space for two suitcases. The view from outside was also very good. There's a pool on the 2nd floor, but I didn't have time to use it. The hotel had a lot of guests and felt lively. The only downsides were the lack of disposable slippers and the inconvenient shower gel/shampoo, which you'd need to bring yourself. However, there was tea and coffee, and you could boil your own water. The cleaning staff, especially the gentlemen, were very nice and polite, and the room was kept very clean! Overall, I'd definitely recommend it. You can book with confidence.

Facilities: All essential amenities are provided, including disposable toiletries, towels, bath towels, a hairdryer, and even a mini-fridge and an iron (though I didn't use it). The second floor offers a private space with power outlets and a desk. It's compact but sufficient; a 20-inch suitcase can be laid out on the desk, and downstairs, two 24-inch suitcases can easily be opened simultaneously. The bathroom has drinkable tap water. Cleanliness: Very clean, no insects or anything of the sort. Environment: I'm really satisfied. The hallway is very quiet, and the soundproofing is excellent; you can't hear any noise during resting hours. The air conditioning is powerful. Service: The room includes complimentary snacks, tea bags, and coffee, but beverages are extra. Every morning when I left, I’d encounter the housekeeping staff, with whom I could communicate using simple English. The front desk service is great, and they offer free luggage storage. Security is also excellent; you need to use your room key card to access your designated floor. From 3 PM to 6 PM, there's complimentary ice cream. Although breakfast isn't included, there are breakfast spots on the first floor and downstairs at the hotel opposite the All Seasons building, as well as in the mall across from the Dhoby Ghaut MRT station. Transportation is also very convenient! The MRT and bus stops are incredibly close, and Dhoby Ghaut is an interchange for three MRT lines. Bus 36, which goes directly to the airport, is also nearby (just make sure you're going in the right direction). One more important thing! Fort Canning Park is nearby, and the famous 'tree tunnel' photo spot is right downstairs from the All Seasons building! It's very easy to find, so if you arrive early, you can go take your photos right away. All in all, my trip to Singapore was made even better because of this hotel.☺️

The hotel's location is excellent. The bus stop is a short walk to the left, and the metro station is a short walk to the right, both just a few minutes away. The staff are very helpful and friendly, answering all our questions in detail and clearly. We were able to store our luggage for free after check-out, which was great as we checked out at noon and didn't pick it up until 10 PM. Getting to the airport by metro is also very convenient. As for the room, you get what you pay for. At this price point, it's one of the cheapest options in this area. The rooms are quite small; two people have to squeeze past each other to move around. However, it's a case of 'small but perfectly formed' – it has everything you need. Even hotels costing over a thousand yuan here only offer about 15 square meters, so for around 500 yuan, this place offers decent value for money.

My first stay at this hotel in 2024 was excellent, so I specifically chose it again for this trip, but to my surprise, the check-in experience was a huge disappointment. During check-in, the Chinese-speaking front desk staff directly assigned us a connecting room. We could hear the foreign couple next door talking and making noise crystal clear; the soundproofing was extremely poor. We were traveling with a child, and it was impossible to get any proper rest. After contacting Ctrip customer service, it took over an hour for the staff to coordinate and successfully arrange a room change. This positive review is specifically for the Ctrip customer service representative who handled our room change issue. I want to warn everyone to avoid connecting rooms 06 and 07; the soundproofing is bad, and the noise is severe.

I had booked two months in advance, and at check-in, the front desk even specifically mentioned the requests I made in my booking email and assigned the room accordingly – truly excellent! The room was very clean and spacious; even with two 26-inch suitcases open, there was still plenty of room. The bedding didn't feel damp or anything, and I slept very comfortably until morning. Right next to Wild Wild Wet, my kids, who weren't very enthusiastic at first, became super excited once they saw the facilities. Being able to get to the ocean quickly and encountering wildlife we don't usually see was also a plus. We had trouble because there was no tissue or drinking water (though you can buy it at the shop), and while there's nothing that can be done about it, I was surprised by how ants appeared out of nowhere. I don't think we left any ant-attracting food out, but perhaps something happened. Despite these minor issues, the location was excellent, and the room was clean. The room was quite clean, but even the one-meter bed was a bit small and not suitable for two people. Luckily, there was a sofa for the younger child to sleep on; otherwise, two people sharing one bed would have been quite uncomfortable. The hotel's location is good, close to both the subway and bus stops. Overall, it was also quite clean, though it was a bit disappointing that no complimentary bottled water was provided. The bathroom didn't have an exhaust fan, but thankfully, odors dissipated quickly. For a hotel in this price range, it was pretty decent! One major advantage is that there's a large shopping mall right within the hotel. The supermarket on the lowest floor was the best; I only discovered it on my last day after staying for three nights, which was a shame.

This is an older hotel with basic facilities. It's comparable to a 3-star hotel in China, and the breakfast is about what you'd expect from a 3-4 star hotel there. Of course, the price is also around 300, but in Singapore dollars. If you're not traveling with family, you'd find much better standard room options and accommodations for the same price. Our family of four stayed here specifically for the two large beds. The hotel's location isn't far from the MRT station. Haji Lane and BOSS HOTEL (the starting point for the Legoland shuttle) are all within walking distance, and there are many bus routes nearby, making transportation very convenient. There are plenty of food and drink options downstairs, and there's an Indian minimart across the street from the hotel that's much cheaper than the 7-Eleven down the block. First off, the location is excellent; it's right by the subway exit, which is super convenient. The Marina Bay night view is also stunning. However, there are no fireworks, no fireworks, no fireworks! What online sources say about seeing fireworks is inaccurate; you can't see them at all. On the night I stayed, it was a National Day fireworks rehearsal, and all I could hear were the sounds, but I couldn't see anything. Regarding hotel service, they claim to have Chinese-speaking staff, but it's very difficult to find them. Most don't speak Chinese and won't help you find someone who does. It's basically a situation where they speak a lot, and I don't understand, and what I say they don't quite get either. Aside from completing the check-in, I didn't really grasp a lot of what they said. The hotel boasts an excellent location, nestled in the Orchard Road shopping district. It's incredibly convenient for getting around, shopping, and visiting Marina Bay, being very close to Newton MRT station and major malls. The location is definitely a huge plus. The hotel itself is a historic building over a hundred years old, exuding a strong vintage charm. However, it also has clear drawbacks: the in-room facilities are a bit dated. The bathroom fixtures, appliances, and light switches all show their age, and the modern amenities don't match those of newer hotels in the same price range. Some equipment also shows minor signs of wear and tear during use. Thankfully, the service completely makes up for the hardware shortcomings. All staff members are warm and attentive. The doormen and front desk staff are responsive, and most employees can communicate fluently in Chinese. Services like luggage storage and in-room requests are handled thoughtfully and efficiently, with no perfunctory or negligent attitudes throughout our stay. The room was very clean and the service was excellent. Check-in took a bit long, but the buffet dinner was good. It's conveniently located close to the main hotels. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

I stayed here for 3 nights. While the hotel was clean and the breakfast was good, I felt it was overpriced for what it offered. It felt more like a business hotel than a full-service hotel. The amenities were quite limited, with only a small gym available. One thing that stood out was the lack of staff. If you need something as simple as toiletries, you have to go to the front desk to pick them up—they won’t deliver them to your room. During my stay, I called to request toiletries and was told to collect them at the front desk. When I arrived, there was a long line of guests checking in, and there was no staff member available at the desk. I ended up waiting about 5–7 minutes just to pick up the toiletries I had already requested. Overall, the hotel was comfortable enough and maintained good cleanliness, but considering the price, I expected better service and more amenities.

The hotel is conveniently located with many bus stops nearby. If you take the underground passage from the subway station, it's less than a ten-minute walk, but it's about ten minutes if you walk along the main road. There's a small mall and a food court across the street, and plenty of dining options right next door without needing to cross the road. Overall, it's quite convenient for food, accommodation, and transportation.

Hotel boss is located in a strategic location and the reception gave us an upgrade Alvin Lee was so nice and made us feel welcome. The amenities in the hotel was okay but they need to check the treadmill because not all are functioning well. My family went swimming and said that it was nice. This is a super lively hotel and when I get back to SG we might get back here again

We have such a pleasure stay here! The hotel room is impeccably clean, well-lit and comfortable. The location is wonderfully strategic, making it an easy access from airport & get around to major sights by MRT Station beside the hotel. There are so many incredible local eateries, food stalls, fast food shop, food court, coffee shop surrounding, so you won't run out of delicious optip to try. The staffs were also welcoming, friendly & helpful. Higly recommended!

The hotel is located almost in the heart of Geylang. There are many eateries and kopitiams nearby, and a large FairPrice supermarket right next door, making it convenient to buy anything you need. It's also very convenient to travel around Singapore by MRT and bus. There are many Vietnamese restaurants in the vicinity. I'll definitely return here if I have the chance.

Wonderful hostel! The best I've ever stayed in! The staff are fantastic, very welcoming. They're on-site 24/7 and always ready to help. It's incredibly clean inside, with spotless bathrooms. The temperature is perfect: the air conditioning works great, and there's adjustable air circulation inside the capsules. There's also a separate work area. Hot and cold water, tea, and coffee are always available. The location is superb, with everything within walking distance. There are many affordable places to eat nearby, and public transport is easily accessible. I'll recommend it to anyone visiting Singapore.

Staying at the Kam Leng Hotel on Jalan Besar offers an excellent combination of historical charm, affordability, and fantastic food accessibility. It is a highly practical base for travelers who want to minimize walking during bad weather. Vibe: This 3-star boutique heritage hotel features a retro, nostalgic design paying homage to early 1900s Singapore. Comfort & Budget: The rooms are clean, compact, fully air-conditioned, and highly affordable compared to standard Singapore hotel rates. The Indoor Restaurant: If heavy rain keeps you inside, you can head downstairs to The Canteen by Enjoy located inside the hotel lobby. This small, cozy indoor restaurant serves excellent local Singaporean comfort food and Zi Char dishes, such as Grandma’s Braised Pork Leg Bee Hoon and Brandy White Fish Soup. Immediate Dining & Nightlife Options You do not have to travel far for great meals or entertainment: Next Door (Nasi Lemak): Right in the next building at 371 Jalan Besar is the famous Ponggol Nasi Lemak. They are known for their incredibly fragrant coconut rice, crispy fried chicken wings, and signature sambal chili. Directly Opposite (7-Eleven & Eateries): Just across the street, you will find a 7-Eleven for quick convenience needs. The surrounding area is packed with late-night eateries specializing in hot pot, authentic Chinese regional dishes, and Vietnamese cuisine. Nightlife: The Jalan Besar and neighboring Lavender districts house a vibrant nightlife scene, featuring a variety of craft beer bars, cocktail lounges, and casual bars to choose from.
