The ladies at the hotel were perfectly polite and respectful. The male manager was ignorant and rude. He needs to take a long course in manners and customer service, he’s clearly not in the right industry!
We only stayed here due to a desert tour and it’s location to the Badain Jaran. We were pleasantly surprised by the room, minus the pillows which were filled with rice. That was awful. Fortunately we had a double room booked and used the other duvet as a comfortable place to rest our heads.
