We made a double room and another with a 180-fold kingsize bed for adult and two children, and once there they told us they didn't have and we didn't have booked that. The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable and the hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. They still have the courage to send a discount bill for cancelling the reservation on the same day, without having stayed there and being thrown at the door, marriage and three children, on a bridge where it is difficult to find accommodation. The site where I have been treated worst in my life. Not only are they bad in management, but they want to blame you for their inability. If any kind of charge arrives, we will, of course, denounce them.

El hotel no está mal, pero tiene varios detalles que evidencian la necesidad de una renovación...con cierta urgencia. La habitación tiene buen tamaño, algo mayor de lo que se suele ver en hoteles similares. La limpieza es correcta, pero el desgaste de los muebles es evidente. Además las televisiones son antiguas (20 años no se los quita nadie) y por ejemplo no puedes ver canales HD y otros muchos se pixelan. Las camas no nos resultaron cómodas a todos, por las almohadas, siendo en su gran mayoría muy finas y blandas. En la mayoría de habitaciones no hay plato de ducha, en su lugar hay bañera (2 de 3 de las nuestras con bañera), siendo un dato a tener en cuenta por mucha gente. El ascensor del hotel es de cristal, panorámico, importante para el que tenga vértigo y tenga que subir al quinto piso. El personal amable y efectivo, lo mejor de un hotel de 4 estrellas, que ya no lo es.

The hotel as a whole is a beautiful place in a wonderful location. The first impression was great. Friendly and welcoming check-in. However, once details come up and they are not resolved, it becomes annoying. Rooms lack basic amenities like tissues, cotton buds, cotton pads, nail file (amenities that are standard in a 5 star hotel). The same room types, which cost exactly the same per night, differ in the amenities that are available in some and not in others. We have 3 rooms of the same category. For example, there is full body mirror in room 203. But a mirror in room 202. (Same room type.) There is a long full-length mirror in 203 and 103 and there is none in 202. There is also a coffee maker in 202 but not in the other 2 rooms.. these are small insignificant details. The biggest problem is not the lack of amenities but the lack of attention because there is not enough staff. It's really a ”one man show”.... In the F&B areas. At the reception... no one answers the phone when you need reception and the coffee at breakfast only comes after breakfast has already been served... feel sorry for the poor staff, they are overworked. However when you need something done in the room... you can call and call, they might apologise but no other solution is given other than a room move. Which on a holiday is not very practical. The bathroom blinds in room 202 are damaged, no one even tries to fix it. In room 203 the windows do not open (faulty) maintenance does not check the condition... only solution is a room move... it would be nice for at least a gesture of finding a solution... I hope the people in charge read this because the place is beautiful, it has a lot of potential and it would be nice if other future guests could enjoy it and not be annoyed by small details that add up and become a burden during the stay.
