"I arrived to the hotel at 10:00, while official check-in starts from 15:00. The manager was very kind and said that I could check-in earlier.
The location is super good, you could go to the airport by walk, it will take about 15-20 minutes (~1.6 km). And also there is a free shuttle bus station to the airport right Infront of the building.
The room is very big and comfortable, and there are several CV stores near to the hotel."

GGuest Uservery convenient to lots of walkable food options; korean grill bbq, pho, indian, coffee shops. Panaramic bar on the top floor looks fantastic. I'd stay here again compared to the hotels located in the airport if I wasn't in a rush. Takes about 20 minutes and $40k (krw) to get to the T1. bed was incredibly comfortable. The room had a washing machine; wish they would have sold the detergent for it or had it in the room for a way to take advantage of the amenity. stylish and relaxing and in a great part of town.

AAnonymous UserI moved rooms. The room next to the elevator was hard to rest because the elevator noise was transmitted directly. They told me to take out my luggage and come down with the key. And the room I was moved to had a city view. The sun rose in the morning and the temperature rose to 29 degrees. The air conditioner didn't work properly, so I was able to check out late, but I left early. I don't think I'll go back.

CChuankoushichahantiemuerI had a 17-hour layover in Incheon on my way back to China from the US, so I chose this hotel with an airport shuttle to rest for a night. I was hoping for a comfortable stay to wash away my travel fatigue, but I ended up very dissatisfied.
The service attitude was what bothered me the most. It was off-season, and although I booked last minute, I didn't get a low-priced room. However, the staff's attitude was very cold and poor. Even with multiple front desk staff and only a few guests waiting, they didn't open more check-in counters. Several staff members were just chatting, frequently deferring to others, making me wait in line for a long time to check in. The person who handled my check-in didn't smile at all and seemed very impatient.
Finally, they gave me a room on the second floor with only rooftops visible outside the window. Given that it was off-season, I strongly suspect they gave me such a room because I'm Chinese. The scale in the room had no battery, the showerhead leaked, and the toilet had many minor issues.
While the hotel had several restaurants, they were all quite empty and bleak.
The only upside is that most places accepted WeChat Pay and Alipay, which saved me the hassle of exchanging Korean Won.

GGuest UserHaving a low-rise bed was great since I was with my child. However, the room was so hot that I had to sleep with the window open.
The bathroom was spacious and decent, and it even had a bathtub.
The sink was unusually deep. I later realized it was because the water pressure was incredibly strong. If you turned it on just a little, it would immediately shut off, which was annoying. I figured out that if you turn it on slightly and wait a few seconds, it stabilizes and you can use it.
The shower pressure was also extremely strong. It was the first time I've ever been annoyed by strong shower pressure.
Breakfast wasn't bad for the price.
The coffee on the first floor was delicious, and they gave out discount coupons that you could use repeatedly.
There were two kids' cafés, and we used both. They were affordable, and there weren't many people, so my child had a great time.

HhanrrI booked this hotel because it is relatively close to the Incheon Museum. After I checked in, I found it was better than expected. The lighting in the room, the air conditioning, TV, and a remote control are all done very well. There is a nice barbecue restaurant next to the hotel. (Off the topic 😂)

Not only is Unseo Station downstairs, but there are also three OY (presumably another hotel or store chain), plus a very popular coffee shop and an ice cream parlor! And right across from the hotel entrance is a CU convenience store! Superb 👍🏻

GGuest User1. The room is small, but it surprisingly has a full kitchen and laundry facilities.
2. The location is incredibly convenient. It's right across the street from Exit 1 of Unseo Station, in the same building as the Howard Johnson. It's only 2 stops and an 8-minute ride to Terminal 1, so there's no need for an airport shuttle bus.
3. Prices in the surrounding area are reasonable, and there are plenty of shops. You can even get hot soup and rice late at night.

LLateshaReally solid place to stay. I only stayed for one night, but it was great to get out of the cold and step in here. The space felt comfortable. Located directly below are a couple of restaurants and a 24 hour convenience store, which was excellent for me as a late evening traveler.
The amenities were great and as pictured in the listing.
The only thing I would say is difficult is the location. It is a little hard to initially find, even with the directions. But once you find the place, you'll find that it's a good place to travel easily from and enjoy other places in the area.
