Easy access from ICN T1: From Arrivals Hall (1st floor), exit via Gate 3, cross the pedestrian crosswalk directly outside, look for the bus stop labeled 3C on the left hand side, there is a Hyatt shuttle stop sign. The service is from 5:35am to 22:05pm, every 30 minutes. Hotel room is clean and spacious, 24 hour room service high quality & good variety meals which is to be ordered online (by scanning a barcode) at affordable prices. It was an enjoyable stay!

Overall, the hotel lives up to its 'Premier' name. I really liked the decor and the room itself – it was incredibly spacious and very clean. The front desk staff spoke excellent English, making check-in a breeze. However, the breakfast was quite mediocre, really more like what you'd expect from an apartment building, which felt unnecessary. Also, a heads-up about check-in times: for some reason, certain bookings had a 6 PM check-in, which was a first for me.

I booked this hotel for a get-together with friends, not expecting much. The beds were neatly made, and there was no unpleasant smell, which was great. It's also close to Wolmido Amusement Park. I wasn't expecting much from breakfast either, but it was surprisingly good! Thinking about it is making me hungry again. There's parking available on the first floor under the building and also outside. There's one full-charge EV charger. If you need to charge your electric car, you can go to the front desk, pay, and use it.

The location was fantastic, and it was so convenient for shopping and dining, so I had a really relaxing stay. You can see Central Park at a glance, and because the weather was so nice, the clear blue sky and the park's lake blended beautifully together.

## Environment Located in Incheon's high-tech zone, the hotel offers expansive views of the river, lake, and Yellow Sea from its high-rise perch in Central Park. There are convenient stores nearby, as well as some slightly pricey restaurants and bars, some of which are open until midnight. ## Transportation From Incheon Airport T1, you can take bus 6777-1 and then transfer to the subway. It's about a 30-minute taxi ride. The hotel entrance is directly accessible from the subway station exit via an underground passage, which is very convenient. ## Room The room facilities were a bit old and outdated, which was a little disappointing. When we arrived, the sink was leaking all over the floor, and I ran out of shampoo halfway through washing my hair... The experience was super bad. ## Service Issues were resolved promptly, so the service was decent. The front desk staff could communicate in English, and you could also use local translation software to communicate, which was fine. ## Overall Impression This area isn't as bustling as downtown Seoul; it's quieter and allows you to experience the slow pace of local life. There's an outlet mall and a commercial pedestrian street about three subway stops away, which are good for shopping and dining. Not bad at all.

Every time I visit Korea, I stay at Global Hotel. It's so comfortable! It's right across the street from Unseo Station exit, and the rooms are very cozy. The toilet has a bidet, and the shower is separate from the rest of the bathroom. There's a CU convenience store downstairs, so if you need anything or get hungry, you can just pop down. Olive Young is a three-minute walk away, and Lotte Market is a five-minute walk. It's also super convenient if you're catching a flight.

Nice and convenience location, lots of foods option nearby. The hotel room is comfortable and there is fitness and laundry provided . Overall good experience. Incheon is a good place and less crowded compared to Seoul city. Prefer incheon vibes. Anyway thanks for everything and we enjoyed the foods overall. Just only this hotel they didn’t provide make up room service. We received an English version letter and mentioned consecutive night there are make up room service but when we asked they say there is no this service, so a bit confused for this part. We stayed 4 days 3 nights.

This was my third time staying here. This time, I also booked the airport shuttle service for the next morning in advance. However, when I got in the car, no driver or staff member checked my ticket, and the driver didn't ask me which terminal I was going to when we started driving. As a result, we didn't go to T2 first and then T1 as indicated. I had to get off and ask the driver which terminal it was, and only then did I realize it was T1. I told him I needed to go to T2, and the driver was quite rude, saying I wasn't a guest of this hotel and I wasn't his passenger. I showed him my ticket, and he said I should have given it to him before getting in, but no one checked tickets beforehand, and the driver didn't ask me in the car. On the way from T1 to T2, the driver kept muttering and swearing in Korean. His attitude makes me reconsider whether I'll choose this hotel again next time. Poor review. Did the driver see me in the car from the beginning but think I was trying to get a free ride? His behavior is really concerning. There seems to be an issue of discrimination against Chinese people and a lack of proper procedures.

I stayed here for awhile. Mainly to rest after medical procedure. What I liked was that it was almost smoke free. The rooms was a little run down but clean. The guy at the front desk is an ocd cleaner. It close to the main road with many stores and places to eat. I love the coffee area downstairs and of course the ice on hand. The tea is not very good but loved the mango juice. The cleaning lady is my favorite person at this hotel. The Wi-Fi is awesome.

Very good for short stay. It is an affordable accomodation close to Incheon airport. I arrived Incheon airport at midnight and took taxi to the hotel, spending less than 12000 won which is very cheap. The hotel was quiet, clean and the staff/ owner was very nice. Equipped and provided with shower stuffs, toothbrush toothpaste, hair dryer and bottled water. They even have hair curlers, hair gel and tea bags.
