Manisha BThe service from start to finish was amazing!! The hotel was beautiful and the staff was very friendly, shame I couldn't stay longer but I definitely enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back to visit! Before I checked in, did a little bit of shopping, ate lunch and visited the Wonder box it was so much fun! Cimer was needed and the art museum was also pretty! Thank you once again to everyone who assisted me xx

Anonymous UserThere's a shuttle bus at Incheon Airport Terminal 1, Gate 3C, running every 20 minutes. Terminal 2 has fewer shuttles. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Next door is Paradise City, which has more upscale restaurants. In the other direction (towards the BW hotel), there are some more budget-friendly restaurants with great food, and more convenience stores. Even though it's very close to the airport, the soundproofing is excellent.

This place offers great value. We had an early flight and didn't want to get up too early, so we came half a day in advance to enjoy ourselves. The pool is especially fun! You can enjoy the steam room, the amusement park, and the pool – three activities in one place.

What a great place to stay for families. The staff was nice and welcoming upon arrival and accommodated our request of having our three rooms nearby. The interior and bathrooms were well appointed with gorgeous floral arrangements throughout the lobby. The shuttle to and from the airport was free and convenient. We would definitely stay again.

Guest UserOverall, it’s a comfortable stay. Clean room, near to the metro station, friendly hotel employees and free amenities and tea at the lobby for you to take what you need. It’s really a good experience if you want to explore out of Seoul. Although it’s near a metro with escalators, it is far if you want to visit Seoul, Myeongdong area as taking metro to these places can take about 1 hour plus. But if you want a non-touristy place, do check out this hotel. In fact, the hotel has lots of local restaurants, cafes and olive young for you to shop and wonder.

Haihai1314Arrived at 5 AM. There was a customer service rep assisting via camera to help me get my room card from the self-service machine, which was quite convenient. Downstairs, there were lots of fan groups, and it was super easy to get to the subway. The room was quite small and cramped, and the weekend rate was pretty high. A taxi from the airport at night cost 13,000. It was good to be able to get some sleep early. The upside was a 1 PM checkout, so I could sleep in a bit more and then head to the city after waking up. There's also good noodle shop downstairs.

sculptorThe hotel location is pretty good, right across from the old town. It's about a ten-minute walk to the metro station. The room is spacious and clean. The breakfast selection is ample, but it didn't change much over the two days we stayed.

I was assigned a room on the third floor, and the carpet was a bit dirty. The facilities were just so-so. On the second night of my stay, an elderly tour group mistook my door for theirs and knocked, which was quite startling. I opened the door to check their key card and realized they were from the hotel next door. Since both hotels share the same front desk and are in the same building, it's easy to get confused. I'd advise everyone checking in to pay close attention (the front desk on the far left is for Wyndham Days, while the one on the right is for Howard Johnson. If you're still unsure, as shown in picture 2, Howard Johnson's key cards are orange, and Wyndham's are green). On the bright side, it's very, very close to Unseo subway station, and the fried chicken nearby is delicious. Plus, there's a CU convenience store directly across from the hotel downstairs, making transportation super convenient. I'd recommend it as a temporary stay if you're catching a flight. There's also an Olive Young downstairs where you can buy cosmetics.

The worst mattress ever. Could not sleep. And service terrible. Front desk clerk missing from 8 to 8 nobody unt the evening. During the day rarely somebody there. Room smaller but the worst is the mattress. I could fill every spring. I think that was the box spring not the mattress itself. No shuttle even if they advertised. It doesn’t exist. So the front desk said. Not wanting to stay again here 🥹
