Amazing
MMarkAPExcellent choice. A very good 3 day stay from check in to check out. Large comfortable rooms which were very quiet. The kitchen is an added bonus. Breakfast was above and beyond. Freshly cooked with lots of choices. Highly recommend this hotel!

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is good overall, the location is excellent, the taxi is very convenient
The room is clean and hygienic, the front desk also presents mineral water, very intimate
Breakfast is a la carte system, the best is the steak package, if you order, there will be an extra tip, it is recommended to live in a room with breakfast.

IIngo BockshammerThe hotel is located in the middle of the city, everything is well reachable. Unfortunately before the hotel was a building site with a lot of noise all night. Breakfast is a joke, even for American conditions. Price performance is not true here.

GGuest UserThe hotel health feels that it is still not very enough. I gave a tip of $2 and only changed the garbage. I had to give 5 dollars and then write it clearly before I changed the new bath towels and toilet paper and sucked the floor and took out the garbage. Then the refrigerator has been leaking, the condensation function is very poor, my milk has not expired for five days, even because the housekeeping has turned off the total power supply, so the refrigerator has also affected. The air conditioner was really noisy when it was operating, and I was awakened by the sound of the air conditioner several times in the middle of the night. The soundproofing is very poor. I can hear the speech in the family room next door, and even there are children playing with the fire door. This makes me very scared, because the door can lead to the next room. Although it is locked, the door handle is vigorously swinging up and down. It will make people afraid. The experience was even more unhappy. When I was going to check out, the counter said that I had not received the full fee, but when I booked before going abroad, I had already swiped the credit card and the system and the bill were displayed. Then I had to swipe more than 5700 Taiwan dollars to check out at the hotel. At the moment, I have to swipe my card to check out. After that, I called the platform. This seems to be a problem with the platform and the hotel. Fortunately, the counter staff of the hotel are very kind to assist me in handling it, but I will not comment on the processing efficiency of the platform at present. Wait a minute, It has been three days since I arrived back on the plane and I still haven't received a refund notice. I only sent a letter telling me when I would reply, but the date was delayed and delayed, giving people a advice to book. Booking on the platform is already more expensive than booking on the official website, and then if you encounter this kind of thing, Any card proof and contact information of the person in charge of the hotel must be retained and the dialogue recording to ensure myself. I am still waiting for the platform to give a reasonable reply.

SSextantisGood location with quiet surroundings despite near major road. Very close to many outlets at Rookwood commons and pavilion. Very comfortable beds. Strong internet connection. Large TV with many channels.
Large and clean bathroom.
Thoroughly enjoyed staying here.
Special mention must be made of one outstanding young staff called Mike.
Initially he could not find my reservation despite me having a confirmed reservation number. It was later he decided to allow me to see the list of guests arriving that day. I realised my COLLEAGUES name was in the list of guests and later realised that I made the booking under my colleague's name accidentally without realising it. Thanks to this being resolved we were able to check in without having to make a new booking and incur the loss of the trip.com booking. He also helped me to change the booking name to my name instead. A big kudos to mike for saving our business trip from being a disaster!!

GGuest UserWe loved staying at the Moxy! Perfect location as we were going to the reds game and beautiful decor throughout! It felt so comfy, cozy, and the service was friendly. The only down side we had was a leaking shower. The shower wall was also the wall to our room and it leaked on the bathroom door and through to the main area. Besides this it really was amazing!

ZZhangjunyanGo to Chicago to stay for one night, by the way, see the art museum, free visit, not many people, first-class exhibition experience, the hotel is relatively clean, the city center, convenient to eat around, there are many historical buildings, plus the price after taxes, hotel breakfast ~ there is a place similar to Starbucks, not very friendly, Go out for breakfast.
