【Park Hyatt Busan】Stayed in the 'sailboat' of Haeundae, where the floor-to-ceiling windows framed Gwangandaegyo Bridge and the entire ocean. I fell asleep to the sound of the sea breeze and the city lights, experiencing both relaxation and luxury.
Environment: The hotel's location is relatively quiet with fantastic views. There's a supermarket downstairs, and a noodle shop and two great cafes very close by, which was quite convenient for a tourist.
Facilities: Very new, especially the stunning view outside the floor-to-ceiling windows. I didn't even want to close the curtains at night!
Cleanliness: Clean and tidy.
Service: Excellent.

Guest UserThe room is big and with balcony overseeing the sea. Beautiful. Love the CIMER (many mini heated jacuzzi) and gymn is great. The normal pool is too short and small and filled with people all the time. Location is so convenient for food, shopping and capsule ride and of course the beach is right in front of your hotel- dun need to cross any road. Service here is very hospitable. I meant the chamber maid. Don’t feel like checking out here. Amenities- only toothbrush n paste is missing. Must check out by 11am. Sauna is not complimentary, which is a pity, as Japan it is just a small amount of money and unlimited use.

Anonymous UserWe stayed a week at JB Design in Busan. We had a great stay. The room was big and comfortable. The whole place was very clean. Free washer and dryer was a plus as well as the gym across the street. Our favorite though was the free coffee and water, such a great amenity to just be able to grab a coffee or water whenever you want. We will stay here again on our next trip to Busan.

Overall, I had a great experience at this hostel. Rooms are soundproof enough that any noise outside didn't disturb me. There weren't many guests when I stayed there, but I had a few friendly chats with some of them. I had to work from midday until midnight and there was no table in the room so I stayed in the common area which had the most amazing view of the sea and the beach. The staff was mostly not there but they were friendly when we interacted and they let me check in early :)
Things to improve:
- it wasn't the cleanest. I wish I could vacuum myself at least because the floor upon my arrival wasn't very clean. also as soon as I turned on the AC I was starting to cough uncontrollably, almost choking on my coughs so I guess it hasn't been cleaned for a long time
- in the evening they turn off all the lights in the common area so it's very dark and you can't see anything. I asked the staff to leave some lights for me because I had to work, but they just turned on one desktop lamp which wasn't doing much. I worked silently and didn't disturb anyone so I wish they could accommodate this easy request

I used to stay at this hotel quite often and generally had a good experience, but this time was a complete disappointment! The front desk staff is now incredibly unfriendly, even discriminatory, towards Chinese guests. We arrived at the hotel a little after 1 PM. The Japanese guests in front of us checked in smoothly, and the front desk staff was very welcoming to them. However, when it was our turn, the front desk person just glanced at our Chinese passports and told us that hotel policy states check-in is only after 3 PM. So we went out for a quick lunch and contacted Trip.com. Trip.com confirmed that early check-in was indeed possible. But when we returned to the hotel, they completely denied it and maintained the same unhelpful attitude. It was only after they looked up my previous booking records that they finally allowed us to check in. The reception we received from the front desk was infuriating. I will not consider staying here again.

Excellent locations overlooking the beach. the streets are very noisy until midnight even on weekdays with steeet performers singing and bars playing music so don't visit if you like to sleep early but perfect for anyone looking to partake in the bright lights of haeundae and the rooms were spacious enough and in good condition. highly recommend!

Overall, I highly recommend this place. First, let's address the downsides:
1. Could you please add a light to the ceiling? Is that really so difficult?
2. Could you add a sign pointing to the north entrance? Is that really so difficult?
I didn't book breakfast, so I can't comment on it.
Everything else was great:
1. The room was huge, spacious, and even had a balcony with a sea view. The bed was large enough for a family of four.
2. The location is excellent. From Haeundae subway station, exit 3, walk straight for about 300 meters, and you'll reach the hotel building. The hotel is only about 200 meters from the beach. Think of it as being just off the main Haeundae street, a little closer to the beach, and less than 100 meters away from the main drag – that's where the hotel building is located.
3. The service was good too. I asked the front desk for an extension cord, and they found one for me.
Finally, a tip: From Haeundae subway station, exit 3, walk straight towards the beach until you reach an Olive Young on a street corner. Turn left there, walk less than 100 meters, and look to your left. You'll see a large entrance that looks like a shopping mall with the hotel's name on it. Take the elevator directly to the ninth floor.

Located near the beach, the room was large and comfortable, and housekeeping was prompt. Disposable toiletries were provided. The room had a small balcony with a sea view, and we were lucky enough to see the sunrise. A very nice hotel, and the front desk staff were very friendly!

Value for money, excellent location with view of the beach from the room, restaurants and train station a stone throw away. Only thing is the lift which gets busy during the peak hours and needing to change lift on 4th to get to room or ground floor. Other than that, enjoyed our stay!

The location was a little hard to find, but it was within walking distance from the station. There's also a convenience store right in front of the hotel, and plenty of dining options like cafeterias, plus shopping opportunities. With so many cafes around, it's really great for tourists.
The interior was very clean, and having Netflix and a bathtub makes it especially appealing for Japanese guests. The illuminated vanity mirror was also a very convenient touch.
One thing to note is that the elevator was out of order, so those with heavy luggage should be aware. Also, the bed was a bit on the firm side. Other than that, everything was perfect!
