Great location and staff! Nice touch with rose petals on bed and floor. Jacuzzi and couples shower worked well! Full-size bed and pillows most likely had seen better days. Some hardware (door handles and doors) and cloths (towels, sheets, and washcloths) needed TLC and/or replacement. Overall good experience

They gave us a free upgrade. We went from a queen to a king size bed. I was disappointed that the sauna is no longer available for standard reservations.

So I took my husband for his birthday Jan 23rd one night stay room was cool had no problems I’m a smoker but you can’t smoke in the room but that’s most of the places so we was cool it want that cold so we just smoked outside the room like the lady told us too now it’s his birthday so he drank and had a good time woke up the next morning cleaning up before check out turned a pillow over and it was stained I mean bad looked like blood and mold so I took pictures and went to check out I showed the lady at the front desk she I instantly gave me straight attitude didn’t care to really look at the pictures so we had to pay $100 deposit I asked for a receipt she said she couldn’t give me one because I booked with a third part I said no I booked the room with them but I paid my deposit directly to you she then said the money would go back on my account so I didn’t want to argue so I just left now today is Feb 3rd I called 3 days ago was told wait a few more days and I will receive it just called tonight and was told we smoked in the room and it was damages to the sheets now they have cameras outside and as bad as we wanted to smoke in the room we stood outside the room and smoked one of the workers came out the employee door to take a smoke break and she saw us outside smoking and I’m pretty sure she smelled the smoke as well now I’m waiting to here back from them because I told him that is a lie and I have pictures of the nasty pillowcase and I want my deposit back!!! Don’t stay he

My wife and I had the premium king suite. Clean and provides all hotel amenities. The jacuzzi in the room was AWESOME! The shower was nice but the steam shower was broken. Bed was super comfy but the pillows were rock hard. Overall though, we had a great romantic night here!

The showerhead fell off when I turned it on then they put me in another room when they put me in another room the door didn’t lock so then the maintenance man came and fixed the door and then it’s just like I just didn’t feel safe

Baseboards in bathroom showed dirt. Hard water deposits at edges of shower floor.

Pictures of room look exactly as pictured. No issues. Smooth check in and check out. Courteous staff.

Loved how nice and cozy the room was. This was our second time going. Definitely recommend!

I loved that it felt like you were actually on a small getaway and away from everything once you step on the property.
