The hotel is small and beautiful. there are many steps to reach the entrance. staff are nice . nice and big room, we loved it. breackfast could be better. we had room service, and dinner was OK. if you want to stay in this hotel you need to have your own car .

We stayed in hotel 1 night . I think max you can stay at like this place 2 night because territory of hotel is small and you don’t have place where you can spend time. Photos looking very great but in real life everything is very old and need to improve. In corridors smell tobacco. Room is clean but shower, shelves, floor, door are very old. Restaurant is old too but fish was tasty. For this price hotel is expensive.

Stayed for 1 night in 3 rooms. Room is comfortable and reasonably clean. The hotel is set in a beautiful area about 20 minutes from the lake. Wifi wasn’t the best. Air-con was absolutely pathetic really needs an upgrade for summer months. Hotel seemed quiet in summer.Friendly service although they can’t speak a word of English. The waiter in breakfast area really tried his best though to communicate. The breakfast was delicious and we really loved the way they presented everything- we asked for more eggs and bread and they kindly accommodated us. Would definitely recommend this hotel if you stay in this area

Az önce 5 yıldızlı bu otelden kartımızı kaybettiğimiz için kapımızı aralık bırakarak çıkmak zorunda kaldık.. nedeni kartımızı kaybe**işiz birden fazla kart veremezlermiş. Abar**ıyorum otelin yemeklerinden masajından faydalandık belki 5binin üzerinde para bırakacağız buraya ve dandirikten 3 kuruşluk kartın lafını yaptılar yenisini vermediler. Öncelikle buraya araçsız gelecekseniz asla gelmeyin çünkü size yardımcı olacak personel yok hepsi sizinle yeni gelmiş sanki onlarda turis**iş gibi davranıyorlar. İlk gün belki 20 kez elektrik kesintisi yaşadık resmen gece donduk neye uğradığımızı şaşırdık doğru düzgün bir açıklama yapılmadı. Odaların temizliği kötü jakuziyi çalıştırmayın daha iyi. Servis felaket iki kişilik yemek söylüyorsunuz bir kişilik servis geliyor. Kahvaltı hergün aynı şeyleri getiriyorlar kesinlikle yeterli değil. Burada gelip doğal güzelliklerin keyfine varmak istiyorsanız günübirlik gelin ya da arabanızla sadece odayı kullanacaksanız gelin yoksa bizim gibi rezil ve sinir olursunuz. Buranın 5 yıldızlı bir otel olması inanılır gibi değil.

Needs attention to keeping the place clean the facility needs maintenance as well. No water in the rooms even bathroom amenities you need to ask for. Although staff are nice but missing the service approach to meet customers needs.

Aralık ayında üç aile olarak konakladık . Abant gölüne yakın mesafede. Her şey çok güzeldi . Otelin sunduğu kahvaltı çeşitleri yeterliydi , hatta fazlaydı 😜 Çalışanların hayvanlara karşı gösterdiği ilgi hoşumuza gitti. Tekrar görüşmek üzere.

Tesis genel olarak bakımsız ve yıpranmış. Oda kirliydi özellikle jakuzi ve yataktan çıkan pislik. Personelde ilgili ve guler yüzlü değildi. Yürüyüş alani yoktu. Çocuklu ailelere hiç önermem ek yatak cok kalitesiz ikinci çocuğumuz içinde ikinkisilikoturma koltuğuna yatak yaptikar
