I only stayed here bcos the other hotels i usually booked was expensive today. Well, its about 300 meters towards the nearest mall which is not a plus for me, i like the hotels that are just across fr malls. So i wont book here again. Altogether the stay was fin

When checking in, ask for a room that doesn't face a wall, and everything will be fine.
Compact, relatively clean, with great, friendly staff.

I stayed at this hotel for a meeting, which was held directly across the street, an incredibly convenient and strategic location. The service was excellent, and the overall experience was very pleasant. One suggestion for improvement would be to provide amenities like a hairdryer and iron in every room, as these are quite essential for business travelers. Overall, I was very satisfied with both the service and the location.

I fill this form as honest as possible first impression was not good the sheets where dirty so we complained they changed it strait away but those sheets where also dirty what means it looks dirty cause they have been used a lot they where clean but just old sheets 
The staff I have to say is really friendly and very help full I really aprisiate that 👍for the staff a 10
Apart from security they like it to much in there security bunker with ac will not assist you with parking yes the day that I leave the place they helped
The hotel smelled really bad the day we arrived if they have some sewage problems but enough about complaining also there where good things like I said the staff is really friendly the hotel location is also very good 
The breakfast is in my opinion also very good cause we also muss look at the price off the hotel room so for that it’s really a good breakfast 👍

Probably my most favorite hotel in Jakarta. Why? Pretty central, cozy cafe AC working area with button order for food/drinks from their adjacent restaurant, large enough rooms and such friendly service! Good food value and room prices too. Solid place to stay, especially for conferences in the area, especially being able to work at the tables in the lobby or cafe with colleagues.

Amaris is the service is always good, the room is not very spacious, the shower hope to improve, near the road is quite noisy.

The room was decent for its size. The space besides the bed felt minimal. The shower and hot water were okay. The mattress was soft and the service was fast. The location is strategic and close to everything.

Always stay at this hotel for business purpose because of the convenient location. Good facilites, friendly staffs.

The staff in the hotel is quite friendly and always available address any request or concern promptly. The rooms are always clean and that's something I value the most. It's has a great value for the money. The area around the hotel is full of shops , restaurants and very cozy Aussie style bars, and 5 minutes away on foot to Legian beach.

Food was great, but the rooms are quite old, so expect something non-functional upon entering the room. But then, the front office and maintenance team are quick enough to fix them. Great price for those who want to visit Nusa Dua. There are some convenience stores and car/motorbike rentals around.

The Room is clean. But for the bed a little have blood from previous customer. Hope next time need to be maintained.

The location was perfect. There is an M-Mart In front of the hotel. There are dispensers available in the corners of each floor of the hotel. It only takes 5 minutes to get to the beach.

In my opinion, overall, with standard prices, it could be said to be really good because the location is close to culinary delights.

Comfortable, clean room, 4 pillows, delicious food, will be delicious, next time will come back to Amaris Sunset Road

The condition of room was okay and the breakfast provide have plenty of choice. Just the housekeeper trolley so noisy when walk through the hallway room.

Can somehow smell someone smoking even when the window and door is closed. But great service and polite staff.

The hotel is good and nice environment close to train bus and they serve good breakfast plus it is clean and I came back 2nd time from bali booked it again  I like the hotel  it is next to resturant and many activities things to see

Pros: The front desk staff were friendly, smiling, and dedicated.

Cons: The shower in the room was fixed, and the water temperature was inconsistent.

Also, if the order cannot be canceled, just reply ”no,” rather than agreeing to the platform and then privately making things difficult for the staff.

Everything as described, for the price you can only complain. Good, cheap + breakfast

The staff are very friendly and do their job.
