The hotel is located right by the sea with great overall surroundings. It's close to Lighthouse Park, next to the Poly Art Center, and just beside Wutong Ferry Terminal. A big thank you to the lovely front desk staff for upgrading us to an ocean-view room where we could catch the sunrise in the morning. There were plenty of activities for National Day, and the newly opened K11 Select nearby was really lively.

However, the hotel breakfast fell short of expectations—the selection was quite limited, and the coffee machine was broken. Also, many room amenities weren't provided, so we had to call housekeeping to ask for them. Maybe it's for environmental reasons, but it felt quite inconvenient and took away from the overall experience...

I'm reviewing this after getting back from overseas. If you need a hotel near the airport, this is absolutely the best choice. For an early flight requiring me to be there by 6 AM, the hotel informed me there's a shuttle bus at 5:50 AM. The room was clean, tidy, and very spacious. I've stayed in many airport hotels worldwide, and this one is definitely among the top. I forgot to take photos, so I'll just end this review with a picture of me wearing the hotel slippers on the plane. I would definitely choose this hotel again if I have another early flight. Wishing them continued success!

The room was neat and clean with no weird smells, and the bed was so comfortable I didn't want to get up. The hotel decor is lovely, and the ”Yundang Fishing Fire” design concept is really nice. The receptionist was polite and welcoming, check-in was instant with no wait, and she even reminded me that I needed to tap my room card for the elevator. The location is very convenient too—just a turn around the corner to the subway station, with plenty of dining options nearby. Overall, it was a very relaxing stay, great value for money, and I'll definitely be back!

This was my first stay at Xiamen Airport C&D Hotel (Xiangkong Baixiang Huayuan Hotel), and it was very comfortable and beautiful. The hotel is quite large and exceptionally cozy, featuring a separate wet and dry bath area. The cleanliness and overall environment were fantastic! The reception staff were all so gentle and friendly. It's a great choice for both business trips and vacations. There's a special highlight: it's the ultimate hotel for plane spotting, making it a dream come true for aviation enthusiasts. I will definitely choose to stay here again the next time I visit Xiamen.

On my third day in Xiamen, I chose to stay at the Portman Qixingwan Xihai Hotel🏨! The entire hotel complex is huge, with a strong French ambiance. The room decor is very new, exquisitely furnished and beautiful, clean and tidy, making for a very comfortable stay. The service is excellent, staff are friendly, and requests are handled quickly. It's very close to the beach, within walking distance, and it's especially pleasant to feel the sea breeze in the evening. Overall, it was a great holiday experience, and I'll choose this place again next time I visit Xiamen!

The room was super clean, and the kids absolutely loved it!

We booked a sea view king room, and the lovely staff at the front desk quietly upgraded us to a sea view king suite! It was incredibly spacious with an unbeatable view! Most importantly, the kids were thrilled!! They kept asking to extend our stay in the same room! I went downstairs and found a lady (forgive me for forgetting her name, she was from Xihai and wearing a black uniform) and told her our request, and she actually agreed! What an amazing hotel with fantastic staff! The kids said we were so lucky, haha!

Breakfast was at the Ruihai restaurant; it was decent, with good flavors. The variety might have been slightly limited, but we found it sufficient, as we can only eat so much anyway!

All in all, this trip was incredible value and absolutely wonderful!

Hygiene: The room was clean and tidy.
Environment: The surrounding environment is beautiful.
Service: The service attitude was excellent.

They also included tickets to the Ludaosong Squirrel Park for one adult and one child. The hotel breakfast was very plentiful, and the front desk cashier was super friendly and enthusiastic.

I booked this hotel because I had an early flight. It's close to the airport and offers a free shuttle service. The front desk staff was great and even upgraded my room for free since they had availability. The room itself was nice, and despite being right next to the airport, the soundproofing was excellent. It's perfect for a layover or for catching an early flight.

We had a wonderful stay at Portman Hotel, and the picturesque surroundings truly made our experience special. The views are simply stunning, creating a beautiful backdrop for our getaway.

The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests or questions we had, which made our stay even more enjoyable. There were plenty of activities available for both children and adults, ensuring that everyone had a great time.

We especially loved the indoor pool area—it was a perfect spot to relax and unwind while still enjoying the hotel’s ambiance. Overall, Portman Hotel exceeded our expectations, and we can’t wait to return for another memorable stay! Highly recommend it!

The hotel is very old, and the air quality is terrible. The air conditioning clearly hasn't been cleaned in ages, and my nose felt incredibly uncomfortable after just one night. Its location right next to the airport is convenient for early morning flights. However, the shuttle service is not great; they don't seem to account for the number of passengers. Some people at the airport were told to wait for the next shuttle because there wasn't enough space. I don't understand their arrangements. In the morning, I almost couldn't get on the shuttle for my flight because it was so unbelievably crowded.

After booking, someone will get in touch. Manager Xiao Yan even helped upgrade us to a sea-view room, and it was lovely to wake up to the ocean right outside the window. The breakfast was plentiful, and we could check in as soon as our plane landed. The breakfast items like 'Rou Yan' (meat dumplings) and fish dumplings with seafood were very authentic. The hotel environment was great, and the hygiene was excellent. The kids loved playing by the sea. We'd go clamming in the morning, then have a big meal, and participate in various activities. For example, the welcome staff, Xiao Qi, made a lacquered fan with the child, and they absolutely loved it!

The room was clean and had a very retro feel. It's been a long time since I've used a rotary phone like that! The room was well-equipped and comfortably decorated. There's a lovely little garden out back. The lobby had a pleasant tea scent, and the service was excellent. I was very satisfied. However, it's close to T1 airport, but still a bit of a distance from T2.
