Overall, it's a pretty good hotel. The location is a bit out of the way, making it more suitable for families with kids or business meetings. There's a small beach and an inner sea, which is enough to keep children entertained. The overall service is great, and the facilities are comprehensive.

However, there are a few points I need to complain about. First, I booked a king-sized bed, but I was given a room with two twin beds pushed together, leaving a large gap in the middle that was uncomfortable for my back. Why wasn't I informed of this upon check-in? And I wasn't told I could change rooms later. I was quite unhappy. Luckily, I was traveling alone; if there were two of us, we would have had to sleep separately despite booking a 'king bed'.

Second, most food deliveries here go to a delivery locker, and rarely are they brought up to the room by a robot from the concierge.

Third, regarding the airport transfer service, if you offer one, it should at least be available until midday. Instead, it's only from 6 AM to 9 AM, which makes the service quite useless.

I'm reviewing this after getting back from overseas. If you need a hotel near the airport, this is absolutely the best choice. For an early flight requiring me to be there by 6 AM, the hotel informed me there's a shuttle bus at 5:50 AM. The room was clean, tidy, and very spacious. I've stayed in many airport hotels worldwide, and this one is definitely among the top. I forgot to take photos, so I'll just end this review with a picture of me wearing the hotel slippers on the plane. I would definitely choose this hotel again if I have another early flight. Wishing them continued success!

Huge shoutout to the hotel front desk! We booked this hotel specifically so my child could photograph airplanes. We arrived in Takasaki at 8 AM, and when the front desk learned our intention, they actually took my child to choose a floor themselves. In all my years of travel, this is the first time I've encountered such a thoughtful front desk! Definitely a five-star rating! Highly recommend staying here if you're bringing your kids to photograph planes!

Having stayed in so many hotels, this one is truly exceptional! As soon as I entered the lobby, the magnificent decor immediately caught my eye. Amber was warm and attentive, and check-in was incredibly fast. The room was spacious and clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and all the facilities were well-equipped. The restaurant offered a wide variety of delicious food. My experience here was fantastic, and I'll definitely stay here every time I visit in the future. I highly recommend it!

The Xiamen Pullman Shimao Hotel is quite good. The entire hotel is massive, and upon arrival, it feels like stepping into a French chateau. The hotel is divided into three areas: Xihai, Ruihai, and Yihai Town. This time, I stayed in Xihai. The hotel lobby is grand and impressive, with a magnificent dome. The staff were also good; they helped carry my luggage to the lobby as soon as I got out of the car. The front desk staff were efficient, and check-in was quick. In particular, a lady with glasses in the lobby provided excellent service; she was very helpful and explained everything in detail. She was probably a supervisor, though I didn't catch her name. The hotel room was spacious; as soon as I opened the door, the curtains automatically drew back, revealing a view of the ocean. The room was roomy, comfortable, clean, and tidy. The bathroom was also large, with a separate wet and dry area and a bathtub. The two sinks were particularly convenient. The bedding was soft and comfortable. The hotel is close to the sea, just a few minutes' walk to Rainbow Beach. The hotel offers both an indoor heated pool and an outdoor infinity pool to choose from. You can enjoy the beach or swim in the hotel's pools. There are also several children's play areas. Every corner of the hotel feels incredibly picturesque, especially Yihai Town, where every short walk reveals a new theme. It's fantastic for families with children and for ladies who love taking photos. The entire hotel is genuinely huge; I feel like I haven't even explored it all. I'll definitely come back to stay again, and next time I'll try Ruihai for a different experience. There was one minor issue: the hairdryer plug in the bathroom kept falling out and didn't stay securely. That needs to be addressed. Overall, the hotel is still very good. The Pullman is a hotel I would happily return to.

We had an excellent experience at this hotel from start to finish. The pool was huge, and my son absolutely loved splashing around in it for hours. Breakfast offered a huge variety of delicious options to suit every taste, and to top it off, the Chinese restaurant where we had dinner was fantastic—great food and wonderful service. Highly recommended for families!

The hotel has a simple yet cozy decor. The hot water supply is ample with good pressure, making for a very comfortable shower. The soundproofing is excellent, so it's very quiet at night. It's conveniently located near Baolong Yicheng and Wanda Plaza, making daily life easy. Highly recommended.

The room had a great orientation. The fridge met my daily needs, and the front desk staff was very friendly. They even offered a shuttle service for the concert, which was a nice touch. Overall, it was a very good stay. The only issue was a smoky smell when I first entered the room, but it seems to be a common problem in Xiamen as all the hotels I stayed in had it. Considering everything, it's still a great choice. It's close to the airport, only about a ten-minute drive, which is very convenient.

It was my first time to travel to Xiamen. Huang Zhiwei, the hotel receptionist, was enthusiastic and greeted us with a smile. He accompanied us throughout the check-in process, helped with the luggage, and accompanied us to the room. During the period, he enthusiastically explained the hotel check-in knowledge and travel guide, which made us feel like home. The scenery inside the hotel is super beautiful, there are many play facilities, and the children had a lot of fun. The room is very large. The living experience is full. The lobby is just outside the sea and beach, an excellent parent-child travel experience. If you come to Xiamen again, this parent-child hotel is the best choice🌸🌸🌸

The rooms were incredibly clean and hygienic, and the hotel is very close to the beach. The shuttle service was also super convenient and always on time. The location is excellent, perfect for family activities since it's so near the beach. The service, cleanliness, and environment are all top-notch. And the buffet? Definitely five-star quality!

The rooms are spacious and well-designed. The staff are all very enthusiastic, especially the front desk lady whose employee number is 'Strawberry' – she was incredibly patient, polite, and provided thoughtful service. Other staff members, including customer service, housekeeping, and restaurant guides and servers, also had excellent attitudes, were proactive in meeting guests' needs, and showed strong initiative in service. It's a great place to bring kids for water activities, especially the beach right in front of the hotel. When the tide recedes, there's a lot to explore; the coastline stretches far, perfect for kids to find small crabs and various little conch shells. The hotel provides high-quality sand toys, which are convenient to pick up and very clean. The dedicated rinsing station is also a thoughtful touch.

This hotel has an old Shanghai vibe. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and check-in was quick and efficient. Manager Chen even upgraded my room! The hotel's location is also convenient, being close to Terminal 1.
