Choosing this hotel was the best decision for my trip to Guangzhou! ✨

**Location & Transport:** Located in the bustling Zhujiang New Town, it's just a short walk to Gaode Land and K11, with the metro station right around the corner, making getting around incredibly efficient.

**Hygiene & Environment:** The room was spotlessly clean, the bedding fresh and crisp, and the bathroom had no strange odors. As someone with a strong preference for cleanliness, I felt completely at ease.

**Facilities & Service:** Despite being in a busy area, the room was very quiet once the windows were closed, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The staff were incredibly accommodating, from guiding us to parking to bringing extra bottles of water – their attention to detail was exceptional.

**Overall Impression:** In a prime CBD location, to enjoy such comfortable and convenient accommodation at this price is truly excellent value for money. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Guangzhou for business or shopping. Five-star review!

Excellent stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and professional, always ready to help. Great location and delicious breakfast. Highly recommended, and I will definitely stay here again.

Overall, a perfect stay! The hotel is located in the heart of Tianhe CBD, and the sky lobby has a fantastic ambiance. The room was clean and odor-free, with floor-to-ceiling windows on a high floor offering a distant view of Canton Tower. Shopping and getting around were incredibly convenient.

The staff were all gentle and patient, proactively offering help and providing attentive and thoughtful service.

The facilities were excellent, with smart devices throughout. The mattress was soft, and the free gym, self-service laundry, and plentiful buffet breakfast made it ideal for both business and leisure travelers.

The front desk service was attentive and professional. Check-in was very quick, and the staff were friendly and smiling throughout. They proactively provided information about local attractions and dining options, and patiently and thoroughly answered all our questions. The facilities were excellent, with high-quality toiletries, stable hot water, and a responsive air conditioning system. The hotel's location is superb, making it very convenient for catching a taxi or walking around for shopping. There are plenty of supermarkets, shops, and restaurants nearby.

This hotel is super convenient! Just a short walk downstairs gets you to Sports West Road Metro Station, and major shopping malls like Grandview Mall and TeeMall are within walking distance, making dining, entertainment, and shopping incredibly easy. The facilities are very new and the whole room is smart-enabled. The room itself is clean and cozy, with good soundproofing, so you get a peaceful night's sleep despite being in a bustling area. The service is also excellent; a robot delivers food, and the front desk staff are warm and polite. All the staff members have a great attitude and any issues are quickly resolved with prompt communication. My experience was fantastic 👍 The overall experience was superb and great value for money. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Guangzhou!

The breakfast offered a great variety and tasted delicious. The room was clean and tidy, and the staff were all very warm, responsible, and helpful in answering our questions. The location is convenient with many great restaurants and attractions nearby. We had a wonderful stay and sincerely recommend this place.

The hotel's location is ideal, within walking distance to Yongqing Fang and Lizhiwan Park. There are many great eateries nearby, and a pharmacy, supermarket, and bakery right next to the hotel, which is super convenient. The only downside is that it's a bit far from the subway station, at least a 700m walk or more. Thanks to the hotel for upgrading my room. It was spacious, came with a projector, a bathtub, and a Xiaodu smart control system. The bathroom was beautifully designed, spacious, and easy to use, making for a very comfortable stay. The hallway leading to the room was a bit dim; I'd suggest adding more lighting to make it more senior-friendly. Overall, it's highly recommended!

My business trip stay here far exceeded my expectations, five stars all the way! The hotel's location is superb, right next to the subway station and a major commercial district. It was incredibly convenient for getting to my client's office and finding places to eat nearby, saving me a lot of time on my packed schedule.

The lobby is spacious and bright, and the front desk handled check-in efficiently and professionally. They even kindly upgraded my room type, which was a lovely touch and made me feel very welcome. The room itself has a sleek, modern design, perfectly balancing a business-like feel with comfort.

The hotel is very close to Xiaobei Muslim food street which made our stay very convenient as Muslim travelers. 2 mins walk to Xiaobei metro station and very convenient to reach wholesale markets. The room was clean and the hotel staff was very sweet and helpful.

The front desk service was warm and attentive, and check-in was quick and efficient. The room was clean and tidy with complete facilities, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom had no unpleasant odors, and the room was quiet. The hotel's surroundings were a bit lacking; it's located in an old seafood market area, which seemed a bit run-down. We took taxis everywhere, so I'm not sure about the proximity to the subway station, and I didn't see any shopping malls nearby. The hotel restaurant offered a rich variety of delicious breakfast options.

I stayed at the Ibis Hotel (Railway Station Branch) for three consecutive nights, and I was very satisfied. The biggest highlight of the hotel is its staff. They treat guests like friends – warm, considerate, and patient. When we asked about routes in the surrounding area, the staff explained everything in great detail. You can really feel that the entire hotel is managed with great care. 

Also, the hotel's location is indeed very convenient, making it easy to get around and go shopping. My three-night stay was very comfortable, and it was a great experience. Thanks to all the staff for their care.

1. Facilities: The room was fully equipped with smart home controls, making it easy to use. The soundproofing was excellent; with the windows closed, there was absolutely no noise.

2. Cleanliness: Very clean. A thorough inspection confirmed it was spotless. The sheets and blankets were neat and tidy; the meticulous hygiene deserves praise! 👍

3. Service: The receptionist deserves praise. She helped direct me to back up and park, and even upgraded my room for free. She was gentle, polite, well-trained, and professional. She also upgraded me to a projector room with a large screen, which was safe and convenient to watch from in the center of the room.

4. Environment: I love this brand! I've seen it on social media many times. The lobby has a chic, modern style, while the rooms are warm and comfortable. The complimentary 24-hour self-service coffee uses fragrant Starbucks beans. As someone who travels frequently for work, I really appreciate this style.

5. Breakfast: The restaurant was clean and tidy, with a wide variety of dishes, including various pastries. The chef even cooked pork offal noodles in the open kitchen – delicious! 😋
