Had a pretty good stay at the hotel. Location is great since it’s just opposite Tokyo station. Just a small walk away from the airport limousine bus. 

Room size is pretty good considering we got the connecting room. Mattress on a thinner side but comfortable. Pillows are on the softer side. They do provide two pillows (1 soft 1 firm). We did all have a good night rest every night. 

Service is lukewarm. All staff are generally friendly except for one staff whose name starts with C. She helped us with the luggages that need to be deposited after we checked out. As much as we appreciate her help, it just doesn’t feel good when her facial expression scream “are you done” even though she smiled when we are passing additional bags for deposit. And all these happened within 1 minute. As much as we understand that the staff might be tired from a whole day work. But it still don’t feel good. This experience leave a bitter taste in the mouth when everything was good , only to end in such an unpleasant note. Other than this small episode, all else was fine. Great for families and can consider booking the connecting room if you need more space.

The location is fantastic! It's just a 10-minute walk from the Yaesu Exit of Tokyo Station, and Ginza-itchome is also about a 10-minute stroll from the hotel. The Imperial Palace is within a 30-minute walking radius. Tokyo Station itself is incredibly convenient for getting to Haneda and Narita airports, and for taking the Shinkansen to various parts of Japan. This is a really nice hotel, and the front desk even has Chinese-speaking staff (a ********* woman), so checking in was seamless without any language barriers. We stayed in a family room with three beds, and it was comfortable and reassuring.

Extremely satisfied with my hotel stay. It's centrally located in Ginza, just a 4-minute walk to Ginza Six, which is very convenient. The bathroom facilities in the room are excellent, and the toilet is separate, which is a nice touch. The complimentary lounge is super convenient; you can grab soft drinks, snacks, bread, coffee, milk, and juice. The service was also top-notch and unobtrusive.

This hotel is conveniently located near Shin-Osaka Station. After exiting Stairway 4, take a left and it's about a five to six-minute walk. The front desk offers self check-in machines, with a Chinese language option available. I didn't experience any language barriers during my stay. The bathroom on the fourth floor is fantastic! I highly recommend this hotel for independent travelers.

I had a really great stay at Karaksa Hotel Osaka Namba and would definitely recommend it.

The location is extremely convenient — there’s a Lawson just around the corner (turn right when you walk out and go straight), and you can reach Namba in about 5 minutes on foot. There are also plenty of food options nearby, including a famous izakaya just opposite the hotel.

The room was clean, spacious, and very well soundproofed — we didn’t even hear a baby crying until we stepped outside, which says a lot. The bed was comfortable, and the layout was thoughtfully designed. The toilet, sink, and shower areas are separated, which made it very practical. There was enough space to open two large suitcases and still move around comfortably, plus a small dining table for two.

Amenities were more than sufficient — slippers and pajamas were provided, and additional items were easily available at the lobby. The room also came with a kettle, tea, coffee, and a fridge. One highlight for me was that they use POLA toiletries, which is a premium Japanese brand — such a nice touch.

The air conditioning worked perfectly, and there was also an air purifier in the room. I really appreciated the free-flow coffee, tea, matcha, and snacks at the lobby, along with water dispensers on multiple floors, which made everything very convenient. They even provided umbrellas when it rained.

The hotel also offers weekly tourist information sessions, which is a thoughtful addition, and complimentary luggage storage after check-out was very helpful.

What truly stood out was the Japanese hospitality. The staff were warm and welcoming — especially a lady named Lyu (if I got her name right), who took the time to explain everything patiently during check-in, all with a friendly smile.

Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant stay — I would happily come back again.

*5 stars - Perfect for families/groups in Sapporo*

I just finished a 5-night stay at Karaksa Hotel Sapporo and I’m genuinely impressed. We booked the connecting rooms and it was exactly what a group needs in the city.

*The room setup was the MVP*: Two separate rooms with a connecting door + two full toilets and two showers. That meant no morning queues, no waiting for the bathroom when everyone’s rushing out for breakfast. For families or friends traveling together, this layout is a game changer. Rooms were clean, modern, and surprisingly spacious for Sapporo.

*Location*: Super convenient. Easy walk to transport and the main shopping/dining areas, so we didn’t need a car the whole time.

*Service*: Staff were polite, efficient with check-in, and happy to help with local tips. 

After 5 nights I can honestly say the connecting room setup made the trip so much smoother. If you’re traveling with kids, parents, or a group of adults and want privacy + convenience, ask for this room type.

Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Karaksa Sapporo nailed the balance of location, clean rooms, and thoughtful design.
