This is the best choice if you want to watch the World Cup or baseball games. AT&T Stadium is a 7-minute walk away, and the Texas Rangers stadium is right across the street from the hotel. There are many bars nearby, but not many restaurant options.

As for the hotel itself, the lobby service is good, especially the staff at the 1F Italian restaurant, who provide excellent and warm service. The room size is also sufficient. I requested a room directly facing AT&T Stadium, and the view was absolutely amazing. I seriously give it a 5-star recommendation!

We noticed on first morning after first nights stay on our credit card a charge for 253$, when I called the desk, I was treated as if I was lying, the clerk began asking if we had eaten steak and salmon, I said no we ate at Troys. We had two drinks at the bar, but we used our credit card, nothing charged to our room. She told me an investigation would be done.
Of course later she called back stating it was a server error.
I would never stay here again, customer service is poor, and quality improvement is needed.

Nice room. There's Fiji water available for purchase, but also complimentary mineral water. My booking requests were met, and it was quiet. This might be due to the fully sealed windows and the room not facing the street; it looked out to the side, and indeed, it was very quiet. We stayed for two nights, and housekeeping tidied the bed and replenished towels on the second day.

The hotel is just one block away from the Avenue of Stars and very close to the MTR station.
The lobby has a 24-hour convenience store offering hot food. I ordered a pizza, which tasted good, albeit a bit salty.
Upon checkout, the pre-authorization was immediately released, and Ctrip also communicated and confirmed the process, showing great responsibility with their responses and follow-ups.
A very good experience! Definitely recommended!

The hotel is located in South Beach, about a 20-minute drive from the airport, with restaurants and convenience stores nearby, which is super convenient. Lowes is truly an excellent resort hotel; it's beautiful, the staff are very welcoming, and the rooms are spacious. I'm very satisfied!
