The hotel is in a great city-centre location, making it convenient to access nearby attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. Breakfast was included and offered a wide variety of options, catering to different tastes and preferences.

However, there were several issues that affected our experience. The room description on Trip.com stated that the bed would be either a queen bed or twin beds, but we were instead given a king bed, even though we tried checking in as early as possible so that we can get a twin beds room. Bed type should be clearly specified and guaranteed during the booking process to avoid misunderstandings.

The hotel's carpet is quite old and had a noticeable smell. In one of our rooms, the air conditioner appeared dusty and barely blew any air. However, after we contacted the front desk, the issue was resolved promptly, which we appreciated. The curtains were also not blackout curtains, allowing too much light into the room early in the morning.

Despite requesting a quiet room, we were assigned a room next to the swimming pool. The soundproofing was also quite poor, and we could clearly hear people walking and talking along the corridor throughout the day and night, which affected our rest.

This was my first time staying at this hotel, and I wish I had discovered it sooner. The hotel is conveniently located only about 15 minutes from the airport (depending on traffic), and there are plenty of restaurants and food options just next to the hotel.
The room was spacious, modern, and very clean. Instead of providing bottled water, the hotel has filtered water dispensers, so you can refill your own bottle anytime, which is a great eco-friendly touch. Coffee and tea are provided, and the bathroom amenities are complete. The only minor downside is that a hairdryer is available only upon request.

The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of dishes and an excellent selection of pastries. I recommend coming before 9:00 AM so you can enjoy the full breakfast selection before it gets busy.

Overall, I had a wonderful stay and will definitely come back again in the future!

This hotel is quite close to the airport and is a practical, budget-friendly option. The room was very clean, and the bedding had no strange odors. The facilities are average; we had to ask for slippers, and the toilet paper quality wasn't great (though this seems to be a common issue in Singapore and Bali, not just this hotel). The hotel service was excellent; the staff were friendly and proactively brought our luggage to the room. We had an early departure, and they thoughtfully prepared a portable bread breakfast for us, which was well-packaged and tasted good – it really showed their attention to detail. We arrived in Bali late at night and used this as a transitional hotel, which I would recommend.

Hotel need to be refurbished a bit, they dont supply bottled water as you have to get your water from the dispenser located at the corridors, a bit inconveniet if you arrive late and tired. But maybe good if you with family as drinking water is unlimited

Im quite suprise with this hotel. 
Value for money indeed. The hotel was clean and it is near paragon mall and other landmarks. Walkable to anything. Beside the hotel, there's a convenient store for late night snacks. 

One thing I noticed, AC is a bit warm, maybe its not working well. Reported it in the reception but after they checked it, it improved a little. They did not offered us to transfer to other room. 

Room is a bit small, max of 2 only. 

There was a strong smell in the reception area that triggers my rhinitis, I hope they change the hotel perfume.

All in all, I would say, I will come back in this hotel.

Our family really enjoyed our stay, especially the two children, who absolutely loved the water park. We are also grateful for the warm welcome from the reception staff.

The hotel room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast was satisfactory.

However, I would like to share some feedback regarding a few areas that could be improved.

Dinner at the Restaurant
The dinner service was quite slow, and unfortunately, we found the food and drinks disappointing. In our opinion, the quality did not meet the standard we would expect from a 4-star hotel. We are sorry to say that we felt the food and drinks were even below the standard of some local mamak restaurants. Considering the quality and our overall dining experience, we also found the prices rather expensive.

Unfortunately, the hotel is quite far from town. As the restaurant was recommended by our tour guide, we decided to have dinner at the hotel instead of travelling elsewhere. However, the experience was quite disappointing, and we hope the hotel can improve the food quality and service in the future.

Water Park Customer Service
Another concern was our experience with the customer service staff at the water park. We had a total of six guests staying in the room, and five of us went to the pool. When we requested five towels, the staff refused and informed us that each room was only entitled to four towels, rather than providing towels based on the number of guests.

We were quite surprised by this arrangement. We were not requesting extra towels unnecessarily; we simply hoped to have one towel per person so that everyone could dry themselves properly after swimming. It would be helpful if the hotel could reconsider this policy, as guests should not be expected to return to their rooms soaking wet.

Unfortunately, the staff member's attitude also made the situation less pleasant, as she appeared impatient and unhelpful when we asked for clarification about the policy.

Apart from this particular experience, the other hotel staff were very helpful, friendly, and welcoming. Overall, our family enjoyed the stay, and we hope the hotel will take this feedback constructively and use it to improve the dining experience and customer service in the future.
