The hotel itself is located on a quiet street, just a few steps away from a medium-sized Dia supermarket and the metro station, which is very convenient. Across the street is a bustling area, so the location is unbeatable. The hotel is clean, and the rooms aren't too small. The wet and dry areas in the bathroom are separate, and the air conditioning works well. They also provide shampoo, shower gel, and hand soap. Soundproofing is decent. The breakfast selection is typical for a small European hotel, but the quality is good, and it has all the essentials. The only downside is that the price is a bit high.

Definitely recommend! The hotel's front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They even upgraded our room to one with a small balcony, and it came with a Dyson hairdryer! The location is perfect, right in the city center. Photos 2 and 3 highlight the delicious yogurt ice cream and a Michelin restaurant just next door!

Very convenient location with modern and new interior. Bed is super comfortable with no lack of cushions and pillows. Security is always present and requires key card to reach the room levels and reception on the 9th floor.

Ideal location. Near the metro and bus stops. To most sights walked. Very tasty and diverse breakfast. In the room perfect cleanliness. Comfortable beds and pillows. The room had a small water problem, we were very quick to help and solve the problem. Thank you to the hotel and all the staff who provide the comfort of the guests.

Great location, very nice breakfast, there is also a Starbucks right outside the enterance which is nice. Literally a two minute walk to Gran Via street where you can find anything you could possibly need. The staff was polite, the rooms were clean and very quiet at least on the 5th floor :) Overall would recommend and come back again. Gracias Madrid!

Room Mate Carla was a wonderful base for our stay in Barcelona. The hotel strikes a lovely balance between contemporary design and relaxed comfort. Our room was bright, stylish, and thoughtfully laid out, with a very comfortable bed and great natural light. The location is ideal — tucked just off Passeig de Gràcia, within easy walking distance of Gaudí landmarks, boutiques, and countless cafés, yet on a quieter street that feels calm at night. Breakfast was generous and well presented, and the team were consistently friendly and helpful. A chic, well-located boutique hotel that makes exploring Barcelona both easy and enjoyable.

Breakfast was amazing (untill 12.00am:) Just few steps to Passeig de Gracia, 13-15 min walk to Rambla and plaça de Catalonia. Just bad thing is the windows in the room couldn't be opened, and the rooms were a bit small and noisy

It was located in a quiet location, easy to access to Gothic strict, shopping, and other sightseeing locations. 
Staff was very helpful, and room was clean.

The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Barcelona: everything is within walking distance, and the location is truly exceptional.

The design is elegant and very pleasant, and the staff speaks several languages, making for a smooth and welcoming stay. The hotel occupies a historic building, which adds real charm and the feeling of sleeping in a place steeped in history.

The rooms are surprisingly spacious, comfortable, and bright—a real plus for Barcelona.

I highly recommend it: a superb, elegant, and extremely well-located hotel.

The hotel front desk staff were really welcoming and even upgraded our room, though being on the ground floor facing the street, it could get a bit noisy at night sometimes. The service was excellent and the room facilities were good, but the only issue was a slight drain odor. Overall, it's definitely recommendable. It's very close to the Colosseum and there are many restaurants nearby. It would have been perfect if we could have checked in a bit earlier.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. The warm welcome from the staff made me very happy. The room was very clean, and there were welcome chocolates and a capsule coffee machine. It's also very convenient to go to the wishing well and the city center.

Wow, this is an amazing hotel. The location and amenities are perfect and the staff are cheerful and kind. We highly recommend the GRAN Filippo - you can access the lobby and common space of the regular Filippo but also get your own balcony. Thanks to the staff for a wonderful stay. When in Rome, we will never stay anywhere else again.
