The hotel is very nice in the lobby. But the rooms were very poor. The walls had stains. The floors were old. The mattress was very hard. There was no shower curtain in the bathroom so water was everywhere. The building is very code to the road and even from the 15th floor we had loud noises and cars all night. Music blasting. The hunan river shrimp was just small unshelled shrimp that were unchewable. Not a very cosy place to hang out.

The staff at the hotel are friendly and helpful. Hotel is surrounded by restaurants and there is a supermarket nearby which is very very convenient. On the note of cleanliness, the hotel is generally clean but do ensure that the windows are properly closed as you might let in “unwanted guests” .

The hotel has a good location, with the West Bus Station nearby, which is convenient for travel and transportation. The hotel is hygienic and clean.

Very satisfied with the stay. The lobby is large and the environment is good. The front desk service is good, check-in is fast, the room facilities are complete, the bed is very comfortable, and they also upgraded our room type and gave us a fruit platter. It was a very satisfying stay.

The biggest highlight of the stay is the delivery robot. After the call, it will be delivered to the door of the room. Takeaways and daily necessities can be delivered. It is not used to run back, which is especially worry-free. The room was cleaned, the facilities were complete, the service was good, the travel was convenient, the parking space was quite a lot, there was a motorcycle or sharing downstairs, and the overall experience was great.
