This place is clean and the staff is very approachable. And it’s very near in the terminal like metro, buses . But it’s very far in every tourist spot. If you buy the unlimited transpo it would be good.

I booked 3 rooms , all are fine but one of the rooms has no air conditioning which was the only thing not good for me. I’ve told the receptionist to get it fixed but still no air conditioning

Location is perfect, close to everywhere. Room is clean and the staff is friendly. It’s been my third time to stay in this hotel. However, this time I have some suggestions for the hotel to improve. The room should provide basic things like facial tissue (only toilet paper is provided). Also, the hotel should have a system to check if the clients are still in the room.  Staff should not enter when clients are still in the room in early morning. It doesn’t make sense if the client always need to put “do not disturb” the night before.

VIP Executive Suites Marquês offers spacious, apartment‑style rooms with kitchenettes that work well for families and longer stays. The location is convenient—close to transport, supermarkets, and dining—making daily logistics easy. Staff are generally friendly and accommodating. While the property shows some age, rooms remain clean, functional, and good value. Overall, it’s a practical, comfortable choice for multi‑generation or extended‑stay family travel in Lisbon

I stayed in an executive room for four days, then switched to this standard king room, which felt like a better fit. The hotel's location is excellent, not far from the school and shopping street, and the surrounding amenities are also great.

The room was a good size, and the breakfast coffee was delicious. It's conveniently located near the subway, which makes transportation very easy. There are also two shopping malls nearby, complete with a supermarket, making it super convenient for dining and shopping.

Good hotel, ideal for a stay in the Entrecampos area. Breakfast was standard but sufficient.

The facilities are complete and the hygiene is clean and tidy. The location is excellent, very close to the train station, bus station, and subway, making it convenient to go to Sintra. The service was very warm and welcoming. The surroundings are relatively quiet, although you can hear planes passing by. The breakfast was decent, but it was the same every day, with no variety, so after two days, I didn't want to eat it anymore. The room was a bit small; although it was advertised as 20 square meters, it felt smaller than 20 square meters in other places.

Had a truly enjoyable stay! The hotel boasts a prime location that made getting around a breeze. The room was clean, spacious, and offered a relaxing retreat. Big shout out to Mr. Richard and the entire staff for their warm hospitality, they made the experience welcoming. Loved the rooftop bar and swimming pool great vibes and great views. Highly recommend this place for anyone seeking comfort, convenience, and fantastic service.

The hotel environment is very good, you can walk to the beach in 5 minutes, the hotel staff is very friendly, the room lighting is also very good, the space is enough, the overall is very good

The place on a whole was nice the staff here were friendly and polite and very helpful especially the housekeepers. There was a few issues in regards to the room such as the AC TVS’s safe shower head leaking. The tv issue got resolved after three days being with no signal the AC issues well maintenance came but did nothing to resolve the issues there was a leak in the bedroom with regards to the AC but I had to fix that leak myself mentioned the leak in the bathroom regarding shower head and was told that he would come back the following day but that following day didn’t happen at all so I stopped complaining. Internet was also another issue going down quite frequently but that was managed very well once I made them aware of it. But for a value for money hotel I can suggest it but just be sure to know you may have issues or this was a one off issue with my room these are some views from the room
And the safe issue

I stayed one night at this hotel for a weekend training course. The hotel is ideal for this type of thing, it has good rooms and good parking spaces and an underground garage.
The breakfast was good, complete, I didn't lack anything. The lunches in the context of the training were also good, I was surprised by the absence of wine or beer (possibly it's part of the terms of the training entity, because it's a training course).
The hotel bar is welcoming, the staff are friendly. I liked it. Generously sized outdoor pool, and children's pool.
The only disadvantage is its location, on a national road. As for that, nothing to be done.
