Great value for what I paid for including breakfast
It’s not a 5 stars hotel it’s old but comfortable
It’s my purpose for couple nights
The room was clean
Bathroom was clean
Comfortable bed
Good air condition
Breakfast was good
Lack of power outlet there is none near the bed

Photo's are misleading...makes the joint look lovely!
The accommodation was cheap....because cleanliness obviously was not high on the agenda for this Motel!!
Numerous cockroaches seen, looks as if a drink has been thrown at the wall and the pathetic little blinds next to the main entrance...??? A few missing so anybody walking past could easily look through the window!

The location is excellent, but the facilities are just so-so. The heating in winter wasn't very effective, and it got a bit cold at night. The duvet wasn't very thick either, so you'd need extra blankets, otherwise, people who are prone to getting sick might catch a cold.

The location is definitely the biggest plus – right in the middle of the CBD and within walking distance of pretty much everything.

That said, the downside is the noise. The hotel is on Hindley Street, so if you’re staying on a Friday or Saturday night, expect to be woken up by people shouting outside. I stayed on the top (4th) floor and could still hear everything, so I can only imagine what the lower floors are like. The building is very old and the windows offer almost no sound insulation.

The rooms are also very dated. There’s nothing modern about them, and the furniture and fittings show obvious signs of wear and tear.

The shower was another frustration. It takes around 10 minutes to get the water temperature right, and even then it keeps changing between very hot and cold while you’re showering.

Overall, I don’t think it’s worth paying around $100 per night. During my stay in Adelaide, I found much better hotels for only $10–20 more per night. If your priority is location and you’re not bothered by noise or older facilities, it might suit you. Otherwise, I’d recommend spending a little extra for a much better experience.
