My relatives came to Tianjin for a visit, and I chose this hotel because of its convenient location. It's super close to Exit C of Shuishang Park East Road Station on Line 6, just across the intersection. Being right by the road, it's also easy to catch a taxi. The soundproofing is excellent; you can barely hear any vehicle noise from outside. It's clean and hygienic, from the lobby to the rooms, everything was great. The faint scent in the hallway was also very pleasant. The in-room facilities are comprehensive and easy to use. I even got a room upgrade, which was a nice touch. The front desk staff were warm, thoughtful, and very kind, so I extended my family's stay by another day. The value for money here is truly outstanding.

It's not bad, just a bit of a peculiar smell upon entering. The soundproofing is good.

The layout is good, though, and the projection screen is decent. It doesn't feel like an oxygen bar. I'd definitely go back if I had the chance.

The overall stay experience is very good, the hotel is conveniently located, and it is very convenient to travel and go shopping. The room was clean and tidy, the bed was soft and comfortable, the sound insulation was good, and the rest was not disturbed. The bathroom amenities are complete, the hot water is stable, and the lighting and ventilation are good. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, the check-in and check-out efficiency is high, the sanitation is in place, the price is very high, the overall is very satisfied, and I will choose this next time I travel.

The facilities are great, and the front desk staff was incredibly helpful. This is one of the few places that actually pays attention to guest requests and proactively offered me a smoke-free and quiet room. They even said if I still noticed any smoke smell, I could switch rooms. Fantastic service, highly recommend!

Upon check-in, I immediately noticed a clump of used tissues under the curtains that hadn't been cleaned. The toilet seat wouldn't stay up, and after every power outage, the TV signal would cut out, requiring a manual restart of the set-top box to get it working again. The hotel is located near an expressway with heavy traffic, and the windows don't close properly, making it especially noisy late at night when things are otherwise quiet. Furthermore, I found flies on the noodles that were supposed to be cooked, and the breakfast provided was generally mediocre. The hotel's only real advantage is its excellent location in the heart of the city center, and the room service was very responsive to requests.

I booked a room for a few hours and rested for a while. Actually, the overall experience was pretty good, except for one issue: the elevators had no access control, so anyone could go up to every floor, which made me a little worried about the crowds. The delivery robot order was left unused in a corner of the lobby.

I was completely won over by the bedding here! The mattress and pillows provided just the right amount of support, and it's been ages since I've had such a peaceful night's sleep. The toiletries had a sophisticated scent that washed away all my fatigue. This is truly a wonderful place to relax both body and mind.
