The hotel's location is super convenient, very close to the bus terminal. It's lively yet quiet, with many unique eateries nearby. The room is spacious, and the AC gets nice and cold. The bathroom has a wet/dry separation, and the drainage system works perfectly. The large bed has a mattress that's just right – not too soft, not too hard. Our room was on a high floor with beautiful views outside the window. The pool is large and clean, with both shallow and deep sections and clear signage. There's a lifeguard on duty, making it very safe. It's a perfect holiday spot.

I had a very pleasant stay at Baba House Melaka and was genuinely impressed by the overall experience. I stayed on the ground floor and was pleasantly surprised that there was very little noise disturbance throughout my stay. The air-conditioning was excellent, which was especially appreciated in the hot weather, and the shower experience was fantastic — strong water pressure and very comfortable. The breakfast selection was enjoyable, and the location made it very convenient to call a Grab whenever needed. There were only two minor issues during my stay. I noticed a small area in the corner of the room that appeared to have some leftover sauce residue, possibly from a previous guest, and the bathroom sink drainage was slightly clogged. However, these were relatively minor compared to the overall positive experience. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. The hotel has a lovely atmosphere, and I would definitely consider staying here again when visiting Melaka. Thank you to the team for the hospitality!

Hotels in Malacca generally seem a bit old and dated. The Courtyard by Marriott, however, is relatively new. There aren't many dining or entertainment options right around the hotel, so you'll need to venture out. It's about a 20-minute walk to Jonker Street (Red House area). The hotel facilities are modern and well-maintained, and the rooms are quite spacious. Luckily, there wasn't any strange smell, making for a comfortable and smart stay, and the TV even has screen mirroring. Since I was traveling with my middle school-aged daughter, I booked two rooms and requested connecting rooms, which the hotel arranged perfectly. The connecting door could be opened, making it feel like a suite, and it was very convenient as we each had our own space for showering and such. The hot water in the shower was excellent, but surprisingly, the bathtub in the king room was a bit impractical, with water splashing everywhere. The room has direct drinking water, which we used to boil water for tea. The front desk staff were quite friendly and allowed us a 1-hour late check-out. We didn't try the breakfast as we wanted to eat at Jonker Street. We also didn't get a chance to experience the pool, which we heard was great, due to time constraints. Behind the hotel seems to be an apartment building, and one evening, we passed by and saw about seven or eight dogs barking and chasing two guests who were casually strolling – quite a fright! A warning: avoid the dog territory behind the hotel.

Hatten Hotel Melaka is one of the most convenient and central locations in Melaka, making it easy to explore the city's main attractions on foot. Staff are friendly, polite, and helpful. Check-in and concierge service are efficient. But when I come was during weekends, service may be slightly slower because the hotel is busy. Overall our priorities are a central location, good facilities, clean rooms, and courteous staff, Hatten Hotel is a solid choice for staying in Melaka. It offers good value for money, especially for shopping, sightseeing, and family trips.

Excellent location with plenty of great food nearby. The huge parking lot out front was a lifesaver for us, coming from out of town – super convenient. Plus, there's a pool where you don't even need a swimsuit! The front desk staff were all really friendly, and the room was spotless. Had a very comfortable stay.

HARGA BILIK & PENDAFTARAN MASUK Kebiasaannya harga bilik di Hotel The Lisbon sekitar RM 300± tapi bila dapat harga RM183± tanpa sarapan di Trip.com memang berbaloi. Urusan pendaftaran sangat cepat, mesra dan mudah. Tidak seperti hotel kebiasaan, staf receptionist The Lisbon memang wajar dipuji kerana bila kita sampai di kaunter, mereka dah standby siap kad bilik dan borang yg perlu diisi dalam satu folder plastik, jadi hanya perlu mention nama penuh, mereka terus beri borang utk diisi dan bayar RM5 utk heritage charge. Tiada deposit yg mahal lagi mengarut dikenakan. BILIK Sesuai dengan harga, bilik lengkap dengan katil berserta tilam yg empuk. TV ada Netflix, Youtube, AppleTV, Prime and so on. Juga lengkap dgn iron, coffee corner, hair dryer, safety box, bath robe dan tuala. Tidak lupa utk buat Muslim, sejadah ada disediakan di sini. Namun sayang sekali utk toilet, tiada botol kecil syampu utk dibawa balik sbg kenangan dan saya ada request complimentary deco for anniversary yg ringkas spt deco tuala tapi mungkin pihak mereka terlepas pandang email permintaan saya tapi The Lisbon menebus silap terlepas pandang dengan beri sarapan percuma utk 2 org SARAPAN Banyak pilihan sarapan yg tersedia meskipun dihidang dalam kuantiti yg kurang sedikit mungkin berdasarkan faktor bilangan tetamu. Namun, wajar dipuji kerana banyak pilihan dan sedap. Bagi mereka ada anak kecil, jangan terlepas pandang seksyen makanan utk anak² ada disediakan siap dengan kertas lukisan mewarna jika anak² bosan. PERSEKITARAN Cantik, ada kolam renang yg luas utk dewasa dan kanak². klasik sinonim dengan nama The Lisbon Melaka. Tapi mungkin kekangan atau kekurangan manpower, jadi ada few tempat agak kelihatan semak Overall, The Lisbon Melaka boleh menjadi hotel mesra keluarga jika The Lisbon kekal menjaga kualiti sampai bila². The hotel was clean and neat in its layout. The room size is of good size, too. This is a old hotel and its facilities were a little rundown. For examples: 1. Windows could not be closed tightly due to missing handles. 2. Windows were not properly sealed. A lot of noise intrusions coming from the traffic below and the coolung towers opposite my room. 3. Wash basin was spoilt, the drain plug could not be unplugged to allow proper drainage. 4. Toilet seat cover needed a change for sure. 5. Room did not provide slippers. Otherwise, the toilet is clean and useable. Toiletries were provided as well. Overall, we are still happy with the night's stay and the breakfast that came with the stay. Also, free parking for our cars. Thank you.

Lovely place that maintained its charm. Can work on room maintenance, shower head and water pressure. Otherwise very satisfied with the room. Love Estadia Deluxe Suite more than Estadia Family Suite bcos of the living room area, a lot more usable space. Impressed with the seriousness they have to feedback - one evening, we shared that one of the life button did not work, that lift was closed for maintenance the very next morning. We look forward to the hotel maintaining the facilities and room conditions to better serve guests in comfort!

Location just right opposite pahlawan parade, with mcd and 7-11 nearby. Walking distance 20mins to jonker street The room is clean but can tell the furniture are all aged. The curtain just one layer if open during the day is too sunny and hot. The corridor towards the room are open not as expected. My friend’s room aircond remote has no screen and the aircond is working, cant adjust the fanspeed. And there is no hair dryer provided. Yes the carpark is free,its indoor. I thought i lost my pillow at the lobby the staff said they dont receive any lost and found for my pillow, then when i check out i found my pillow at the security’s desk
