Nice stay! Rooms are large and clean! No western options for food. Customer service at night is a bit confused but nevertheless we had a great time.

Really enjoyed my stay in the Renaissance Hotel. The room was spotless and had a great view of the lake. The food was very enjoyable too. Will definitely use again.

It was a perfect experience in an awesome location. Very luxurious rooms with spectacular view to the lake, great breakfast. Would love to come again to enjoy all facilities.

設施：非常好，很大很寬敞，健身房泳池都很好很乾凈，窗外就是西太湖，一覽無餘，可以説超值了。
裏面拍照也很好看，很喜歡這個大鏡子。
房間也很乾凈，那個潤膚露很好用！也有護髮素的，旁邊有個花神宮有時間的小夥伴也可以去看看，非常好。
酒店有送咖啡☕️還有常州特色小恐龍🦖以後有機會來常州還會選擇這家的

性價比是真的高。五一黃金週千元以內能入住這麼漂亮的酒店確實良心。周邊環境超美
有些小細節還有些瑕疵：淋浴間配備了2瓶洗髮水，無沐浴液。住店客人晚自助沒有主動告知，不夠厚道，不過提出後退還差價。

設施：總體上比較新，床品也很舒服。
衞生：還是比較乾淨的，沒有異味;吹風機很臟，沒有清潔。
服務：最要吐槽的是服務，安排了聯通房沒有事先告知，隔音效果很不好，隔壁説話聽得一清二楚;第一天需要瓶裝水，很久才給;餐廳人很多，大家都在排隊，但廚師卻給個別客人預留食物，下面的檔口對隨意插隊置之不理。服務員態度都不錯，能力不足或者説是培訓不到位，管理需要反思。
最驚艷的是晚上一樓的酒吧，駐唱的歌手很有實力，也很敬業，點贊。
