First day, the hair dryer is not hot and I requested them to send a moveable dryer and they sent someone to repair the hair dryer. By the time the person fix it my hair was dried. Second day, I was so disappointed as after I showered and I wish to use air dryer and the hair dryer totally not working and I need to call them again. They sent someone to change a new one at last!

The hotel is well run. Rooms are reasonably large and very clean. Many of the rooms offer a wonderful view of the city, including a view of the river. Service is excellent. Rates are great. Breakfast, included in the standard rate, is very good. The breakfast hall attendants are all well trained and they provide an excellent service, from the waiters to the young man behind the bar, who makes various kinds of coffee drinks. The hotel stands out in offering beers and bottled water daily for free. Even snacks are provided free. There is a small plate of fruits in the rooms that is replenished every day. The hotel has a small gym, which appeared reasonably appointed. Saunas are in each shower areas (Ladies and Gentlemen). A steam room is attached to the Ladies sauna. Check in was prompt and well handled. Check out was quick and simple. The hotel manager, Mr. Nguyen Minh Hai (Mike) was extremely helpful. My wife and I had trouble with a Vietnam Airlines reservation. He took some time, contacted people in the Airlines office, and was able to rectify the trouble that we had. This non-hotel related service allowed us to cut down somewhat our air travel expenses. The hotel is located in the City Center (not a beach front hotel). Location is convenient. Other hotels in the same area include Hilton, Marriott and Novotel, and charge higher rates. The river bank, with the night activities, is within a short walking distance. The hotel is recommended to travelers. Overall value is fantastic. I enjoyed the facilities and the excellent service of the hotel staff.

It is clean and standard like normal hotel-chain. Staffs are very polite. Hotel is clean got all you want. Compare other local rates 4-5 starts hotels, hotel chain means quality and you can trust to book. The high- light of this hotel is their breakfast. Been eat pho in Vietnam, real miss normal breakfast ( bread bacon avocado etc..). Hotel has many sections provide western / Asian / local food. Even has kids section with smiley face pancake.. coffee is okay there. It can hosting numbers of guests without very crowded… sitting surrounded with many plants separates each section. We booked a dinner combo, service and food is great.. the hygienic standard you can trust. Portion is big. They should promote dinner with booking deal, because it is cheap with beautiful river view.

Nice hotel located along the river with a mall beside it. We booked this as it's near the yearly fireworks festival. Hotel lobby was grand but this hotel is also popular among tour group so expect large crowd during breakfast and waiting for lift. my room

Very good hotel for the price. It's kind of trying to be trendy, cosplaying Moxy and the likes. The only problem I encountered was the ventilation: there was a very unpleasant smell in the room. The staff changed the room quickly and were very helpful and apologetic. Staff is definitely fantastic here! Regarding the room, it was small and pretty barebones, but clean and had great panoramic windows. One very important thing missing was the kettle. Fridge, shower and and WiFi worked great.

Good location with beautiful river and dragon bridge view. Unfortunately the balcony in the room was inaccessible due to its size (can’t even step on it) and because it wasn’t clean. The breakfast was ok, with good variety but best to get there early as once something is gone it won’t be replaced. The staff was friendly and efficient, they surprised us with a small cake for our anniversary and allocated a room with a lovely view in a quiet floor as requested.

OK place, we booked it. for one night before a train from Da Nang, which was a short taxi ride away. Room was pretty basic but quiet on the 5th floor. Staff didn’t seem very confident speaking english but were friendly and did their best.

The hotel is very good, the breakfast food is nice and the staff member are friendly, polite and always keen to help. The location is fine as well, with some restaurants and bars nearby. The view from the room is amazing and it is totally worthy for the price. I certainly recommend the Glamour hotel if you are looking for a good and cheap place. The pool in the rooftop is good and with a good view.

Such a nice place! Love the location, you can see the whole city from the roof top - which has a swimming pool! Absolutely stunning. The room was clean and very beautiful. Such a nice room for a low price. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful stay at Mangata. The team really made me feel welcome and the front rooms are so beautiful on the beach, with an infinity pool on the roof overlooking the ocean. The breakfast buffet was above average for this price level, with fresh hot food and omelettes made on request to the chef, a magnificent view of the beach on three sides. I am especially indebted for the booking team and managements’ flexibility after I had a change of dates. Their conduct was simply exemplary in dealing with this situation at short notice, something you’d never see in a comparable hotel in the western hemisphere.

Quite a good place to stay. Was a bit worried at the beginning as it is not a well-known world brand. But it turned out satisfied. And the view from the room is great. Close to the beach and there is a supermarket next door. Very convenience and staff are friendly and helpful.

I'm really crazy. Why didn't you stay here for 3 nights? I really regretted that.. The price was so cheap that I only stayed for 1 night, but the overall clean and lobby atmosphere was good. First of all, it was good for the price of breakfast Coconut coffee was paid and Americano was free, but if it had been for Koreans, it would have been a ”good choice”. He squeezed it all and worried about ***************, so he told me that he would give me a mask and picked up where there were a lot of people. He introduced the driver and gave me a KakaoTalk ID and told me to contact me whenever there was a problem. Did you do all this for us who only stayed 1 night and stayed 2 nights at another hotel? Isn't it crazy? Asked about the bad thing about the hotel, they opened two years ago and said that they were working hard with young staff members. Of course, they said that Chinese people don't check-in for fear of anxiety among customers in this country. I'm going to the course he recommended, and I'm riding the driver's car he gave me This is really a legend, everyone
