Hotel reception was very welcoming for a midnight (ish) arrival. Apartments are substantial in size with good facilities. The problem is that they allow smoking, even on non-smoking floors, so cigarette smells permeate the apartments and no amount of 'refreshing' spray can eliminate the odour. We had a problem on our last morning where the entire water supply for the apartment cut out mid-shower and wasn't restored for over an hour. The staff organised a free cake for us to celebrate a birthday while staying at the hotel. The promised chocolate hour timings were mis-communicated to us, which was disappointing for our children. Breakfast was a pretty good range with a few multi-cultural options. The on-demand omelette service always had a long line and the restaurant area didn't have enough tables during peak times to accommodate us. Valet parking was available for hotel guests but because the apartments are in a building 100 or so metres away, it was not practical to use for our stay. Overall a pleasant stay but still quite a few service issues for the hotel to improve.

When i arrived at the reception I was quickly greeted and checked in. The staff were very friendly znd gave me information to my questions. Anoop was very helpful in getting me transportation. At the Grandstand Celso and Jane was very friendly in providing service. At the Pastry shop, Nurjan was always with a smile and came quickly to assist. The most facinating part was that Celso will pour my favirite drink as soon as i came in. This is all about knowing your customers. This was My first trip and i have wondeful memories at your hotel. I commend the management in hiring great talent. Thank you PS If there was 10 stars, they all deserve it

Our apartment was spacious and kept clean all the time, for breakfast we were spoiled for choice and thanks to an amazing “certified waitographer who helped is with a family photo every morning, its a pity I cant remember her name but if she sees the attached photo she will remember us. The ever smiling Jenny at reception welcomed us and made us feel at home immediately. Thanks to all the team, in the dinning room your job is difficult but you all kept wonderful smiles. Location was perfect, right next to a transfer line and close to the airport. I didn’t expect much from this hotel as the price was relatively low, however I did expect the room to be clean. There were bunched hairs from who I’d assume to be the previous client. There were also black spots everywhere in the bathroom walls, coupled with a stale odour. I didn’t feel clean the entire time staying there. Despite this, the room was spacious. The reception’s attitude, although polite (I say this subjectively), was utterly useless. My replies were all “no sir”, one of my questions being “is there anything to eat around here”. A lady at the bell service was extremely helpful, probably sensing my distress as a traveller who’s just arrived - she directed me to go to the street just behind the hotel. I managed to thank her personally as I left. There was also a kind, Filipino lady who was really helpful with transportation. Thank you two for making my stay more pleasant! Unfortunately due to the poor service and unclean environment I wasn’t too eager to explore the other facilities.

It was my first time in Dubai. The hotel was nice and exactly what I needed for my first week. The service team was extremely helpful, especially Kurlos. They were all so kind and helped me navigate my first time here. The room service was good and well priced. The young man that runs the breakfast buffet was exceptional! Always delightful and goes above and beyond. The buffet was great! I would have stayed longer but wanted to be closer to things that I was doing. I highly recommend this hotel! Amazing staff! Thank you!

The hotel is clean, but small. There is basically nothing inside, a bit like a domestic holiday express. The sound insulation is very poor, the room next door is separated from your room by a door. The location is very remote, and there is no place to eat within 2 kilometers of the surrounding area. Most of the people who live here are tourist groups, so don't come here for personal travel or business trips.

We Stayed for 5 nights at th Fairmont Dubai and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. From check in to check out with the lovely girl her name's, (Ms .Gharam)she was polite and extremely helpful. My husband and I stayed in a nice view room which had plenty of space for the two of us. The room was very clean and comfortable. We wanted a few days of rest and we enjoyed our time by the pool during the day. The staff at the poolside bar and restaurant were lovely and looked after us all day. A big thank you for all the staff and special thanks to Ms Gharam at front desk for her excellent service. Our favourite restaurant in the evening was greac, sushi. Food was really tasty and Also thank you to the man who was in charge of Shisha. The grape and mint was an amazing combination. We will definitely return to the Fairmont Dubai

I am the regular customer who using this hotel services... They providing So many Bars and Massage Parlours. Today January 15th morning 02.45 am I JUST CAME TO VISIT THEIR SOUTH INDIAN DANCE BAR WITH KERALA TRADITIONAL DRESS. UNFORTUNATELY ONE OF THEIR MAIN ENTRANCE'S SECURITY GUARD IS BLOCKED ME AND HE BEHAVED LIKE I AM A BEGGAR. AND HE INSULT ME REGARDING MY TRADITIONAL DRESS, Because he said the reason is UAE Hotel Law is not allowing to enter with a kerala traditional dress. I Don't know is the UAE Hotel law banned kerala tradional dress or He Don't like me because of my dress code. When he talked like this nonsens, i just told him its fine and i am going back. After that when i am meeting one of my friend, he just came and said like I WILL ALLOW YOU TO ENTER, JUST GO AND SIT IN THE CORNER OF THAT DANCE BAR. How he is telling like that, this hotel is serving this with free of cost ??? If there is any dought they can check their CCTV Cameras. I don't know why this hotel management is hating kerala people this much !!! Every body knows this hotel condition and what are the activites are going there. I am not the person to publish their Dirty Activities, but Don't behave like this to anyone. Thank you for the Bad Morning

The main bus stop is opposite the hotel with a 5min ride to the metro station. Taxis are freely available as the Eagle Restaurant adjacent to the hotel is the main dining venue for drivers 24/7. Excellent value hotel.
