The hotel is small, newly opened, clean and tidy. The breakfast was not very varied, but it was exquisite and delicious. The service was good. There was no change at the museum the next day, and we enthusiastically took us to a nearby shop for the wrong change. Next time I go to this hotel.

I am the regular customer who using this hotel services... They providing So many Bars and Massage Parlours. Today January 15th morning 02.45 am I JUST CAME TO VISIT THEIR SOUTH INDIAN DANCE BAR WITH KERALA TRADITIONAL DRESS. UNFORTUNATELY ONE OF THEIR MAIN ENTRANCE'S SECURITY GUARD IS BLOCKED ME AND HE BEHAVED LIKE I AM A BEGGAR. AND HE INSULT ME REGARDING MY TRADITIONAL DRESS, Because he said the reason is UAE Hotel Law is not allowing to enter with a kerala traditional dress. I Don't know is the UAE Hotel law banned kerala tradional dress or He Don't like me because of my dress code. When he talked like this nonsens, i just told him its fine and i am going back. After that when i am meeting one of my friend, he just came and said like I WILL ALLOW YOU TO ENTER, JUST GO AND SIT IN THE CORNER OF THAT DANCE BAR. How he is telling like that, this hotel is serving this with free of cost ??? If there is any dought they can check their CCTV Cameras. I don't know why this hotel management is hating kerala people this much !!! Every body knows this hotel condition and what are the activites are going there. I am not the person to publish their Dirty Activities, but Don't behave like this to anyone. Thank you for the Bad Morning

Fabulous hotel with extremely well appointed apartments with fully functional kitchen. Small onsite restaurant offers a comprehensive breakfast with a varied buffet. Eggs are cooked to order by competent chefs. Lunch and evening meals are available on demand. The one bedroom apartment was massive with high quality fittings and presented in excellent condition. The daily housekeeping was exceptional. There is a rooftop swimming pool with lifeguard in attendance. Being in a low rise area the pool has sun all day. All staff members were exceptional with a can do attitude. Easy access from the airport with many low cost dining options within walking distance. The main bus stop is opposite the hotel with a 5min ride to the metro station. Taxis are freely available as the Eagle Restaurant adjacent to the hotel is the main dining venue for drivers 24/7. Excellent value hotel.

Hotel reception was very welcoming for a midnight (ish) arrival. Apartments are substantial in size with good facilities. The problem is that they allow smoking, even on non-smoking floors, so cigarette smells permeate the apartments and no amount of 'refreshing' spray can eliminate the odour. We had a problem on our last morning where the entire water supply for the apartment cut out mid-shower and wasn't restored for over an hour. The staff organised a free cake for us to celebrate a birthday while staying at the hotel. The promised chocolate hour timings were mis-communicated to us, which was disappointing for our children. Breakfast was a pretty good range with a few multi-cultural options. The on-demand omelette service always had a long line and the restaurant area didn't have enough tables during peak times to accommodate us. Valet parking was available for hotel guests but because the apartments are in a building 100 or so metres away, it was not practical to use for our stay. Overall a pleasant stay but still quite a few service issues for the hotel to improve.
