I made my reservation through *******, but the person at the front desk the night we checked in couldn’t find the res. I showed him the info I had from *******, he called and talked with somebody on the phone for at least 20 minutes, culminating that he still couldn’t find my reservation. I called ******* and they were helpful, re-sending the hotel an email that they had sent previously. The front desk guy got this email, then wanted me to sign something saying I agreed to “these charges” that were not listed, so I refused. He finally gave me the key. This all happened late after a long day of travel so we were very tired. The saving grace was that the bed was comfortable. However, the bathroom was not very clean, showing signs of ash on the floor from a previous cigarette (despite supposedly being a non-smoking facility). I also saw some sort of beetle fall to the floor from t he shower curtain. I would never stay there again.
