The front desk agent was really friendly and efficient despite I checked in very late (around midnight).
The bed was comfortable with a cozy room design. The shower room floor consist of some old stains which is why I gave 4 out of 5.
The overall experience was pretty good considering the room price to be low-cost. Worthy stay!

酒店位置很好，就在105國道旁邊，朋友過來經常都住這。前台小姐姐服務很熱情做了很多美食推薦房間也很乾凈很大，客房大姐很熱情哦，臨走的時候還給多我們兩瓶礦泉。停車也是免費的，挺大的，一個停車場很好，下次回來還會再住這裏

戴着耳塞睡覺半夜也沒被樓上搬凳子的聲音吵醒了，一晚上樓上都在搬凳子，六點起床還能聽見樓上的聲音，第二天住在大良，聽網約車司機説樓上是棋牌房，所以搬凳子搬了一晚上

酒店沒有暖氣、酒店沒有暖氣、這家酒店大冷天沒有暖氣、沒有暖氣也不提前告知、也不加被子、用着空調被。喝完酒回到酒店打開空調睡覺早上被凍的發抖醒來！爬起來一看空調出風口吹的冷風！打電話到前台先是説本樓層沒有暖氣、前台忘了告知！投訴到攜程後、前台又打來電話説這個家酒店都沒有暖氣！簡直就是笑話、酒店用着薄薄的空調被、説廣東的天不冷用不着暖氣！這是忽悠**嘛？最後攜程退了百分之30房費！這家酒店沒有暖氣、沒有暖氣！

城市便捷本來一直在我心裏是乾淨整潔的，但是這次感覺到了一個假的城市便捷一樣，設備陳舊不説，衞生問題真的第一次遇到，一進房間看到地板一坨頭髮，再看到床單一片一片的黃色污漬，然後走到窗台用手指一擦，厚厚的一層灰。打電話叫服務員，她們的理由是因為酒店靠近大馬路，開着窗肯定會有灰塵的，前面還説幾乎天天滿房，那她們都不用打掃的嗎？本來想退房，因為訂的房間比較多，一下子又找不到其他酒店，衹好叫他們重新打掃一遍將就住着

這邊的環境很好，然後衞生做得挺好的，房間也挺大的，有什麼事工作人員也很盡責地幫你解決問題，而且這邊離客運站很近。坐車到這邊就搜了這家酒店，各方面都很滿意。性價比很高，值得推薦給大家
