酒店前台服務好，很快解決問題。但早餐一般，空間很大衹開一個空調，非常熱，提了意見後服務員態度不好，還不解決。真是影響酒店的形象。

房間夠大，整潔，有外窗，通風好。個人在番禺陸續出差兩個月住過感覺最有性價比的酒店。馬上續住了兩個晚上。服務到位。

訂的家庭親子套房，一間房2米大床，另外一間兩個床1.35米，房間好大，床也很大，隔音效果巨好，完全聽不見外面聲音，窗簾自動化，淋浴間還有音樂，前台還送了糖水。是下次來廣州還想要選擇的酒店了。

前台態度好好，賓至如歸的感覺，房間很安靜，也很乾凈，設施都比較智能。300多的價格，很不錯的體驗感！下次出行還會選擇的。

這家酒店估計開業年頭比較早，地毯比較老舊。打開空調有股土味就關上了。床睡着挺舒服的。衞生不行，衞生間有煙味，洗澡間地上有幾個煙頭，以至於我擔心床品是不是也沒換。第二天給前台説打掃衞生，煙頭收拾了，但是衞生間還是有煙味。我住過幾次別的城市的麗楓，頭一次見到這種衞生情況。現在想想還起雞皮疙瘩。樓下停車需要過兩個道閘，否則會收停車費。
