Hotels near Dongfang Secondary Technic School (Southeast Gate) in Guilin

I actually have very few words for how impressed I am with this hotel and the staff. I came expecting just a regular cheap hotel, the price is so low but actually it’s very very impressive. I arrived to the wrong location and one member of staff made an enormous effort to come collect me and walk me to the right one… all along the way she was happy and talking about the different places I could visit. The hotel itself is very nice, very clean and way above my expectations. The room too is fantastic - I almost didn’t want to leave the shower haha. I only booked one day but I genuinely wish I was staying here for a few more nights. The only downside I have is the restaurant food, I am vegetarian so the choices were limited but the soup on offer was delicious. I ordered another bowl. There’s also a very nice view from the restaurant balcony so do not miss that!

九天的桂林之旅結束了，雖然我們從頭至尾趕上了桂林史上同期最冷的幾天，感受到南方的濕冷，但是臨走時心裏卻暖暖的。 讓我感到温暖的是桂林的兩家酒店，美豪酒店和依山雲水酒店，兩家酒店服務周到，有着南方人的細膩。昨天是冬至，美豪酒店特意送來了湯圓，裏面放了芋圓，紅棗枸杞，甜甜的香香的，服務員基本上都是當地的歲數很大的婦女，待人友善和氣，每天早晨當我們來到餐廳時，她們都會非常熱情親切的和你打招呼，然後做上一碗香氣撲鼻絲滑筋斗的桂林米粉，我們在這裏每天早晨都是吃米粉，就沒有感到膩煩！依山雲水酒店的房間實在是太棒啦！大套間，落地玻璃窗，躺在床上就能看到日出。出門就是遇龍河，清晨，旁邊的村民紛紛來到河邊洗衣服，一副祥和美好的畫面！ 最後我要感謝桂林的旅遊服務人員，來之前聽説桂林旅遊很黑很宰客，所以處處報以不信任的態度。但是通過接觸，我想我多慮了。 最先接觸到的是在美豪酒店駐店的蔡夢，（*******************）她很細心，告訴我們通過小拉出行打車便宜，還為我們設計了路線，告訴我們怎樣買票能夠省錢。最要感謝的是她給我們找了一個好司機鄧師傅（***********）。師傅頭一天就和我們聯繫，很體貼的告訴我們怎麼玩比較好。第二天師傅帶着我們一站一站的玩，還總是囑咐我們不要着急，慢慢玩。到了遇龍河騎行步道，因為我們不會騎挎斗車，司機師傅還全程帶着我們騎了一路。最後到了桂林都快八點了，弄得我們很不好意思。在鄧師傅的陪伴下，我們度過了特別愉快的一天。 看了看天氣，從後天開始桂林又開始升温了，20℃，大家可以過來住幾天。桂林山水甲天下，山美水美人也美！

✨ Walking into Venus Royal Hotel, you feel like you are in a romantic dream. ✨ 🏨 Venus Royal Hotel attracts countless travelers with its superior location. The hotel is located on the bank of the beautiful Shan Lake in the Two Rivers and Four Lakes Scenic Area, adjacent to the Zhengyang Road Pedestrian Street. On the left is the Guilin landmark ”Sun and Moon Twin Towers” and only a few steps away from the Guilin city emblem ”Elephant Trunk Mountain”. The hotel has spacious and comfortable guest rooms, each of which is equipped with a full set of modern facilities. The upper floors can completely overlook the entire scenic spot. 🛁 The hotel where you can see the Elephant Trunk Mountain with your eyes open allows me to completely relax after a day of sightseeing ~ This is really the only hotel in Guilin that can view the Elephant Trunk Mountain, Lijiang River, and Sun and Moon Twin Towers at the same time Dining room! 🚗Transportation: The transportation is very convenient. In the city center, it is basically not far away by taxi. It takes about 10 minutes to get to Guilin Station Yiyi Hotel; about 25 minutes to Guilin North Station Hotel; and about 45 minutes to Guilin Liangjiang International Airport-Hotel. 🥂The viewing restaurant has an excellent view of Elephant Trunk Mountain and the Sun and Moon Twin Towers. It has a 270-degree ultra-wide outdoor terrace with a view of the sunrise and sunset. It is located on the 6th floor of the hotel.

I was very pleasantly surprised. The stay was so comfortable. There was a small courtyard and a cafe. Breakfast was American-style sandwiches. I also had my obedient Corgi to accompany me for breakfast. I was so happy! The hotel is near the water and has a very good environment. It is quiet in the bustle. There is a delicious rice noodle shop at the door. It is also close to the scenic spots. I will definitely stay here next time I come to Guilin!

The location of the hotel is next to the Li River🏞️🏞️ To go to East and West Alley, walk for about 20 minutes (over the Jiefang Bridge) This is a warm homestay with complete facilities, and the attitude of the staff is very friendly and enthusiastic! Help us order boat tickets and remind us of the attractions there! 🤭 Stayed for two nights, booked a balcony soaking room, the room was very comfortable Downstairs of the homestay is an internet celebrity cafe, the coffee is very good! There are two cats! There is a group of energetic young people! Give a big thumbs up! I also received a gift when I checked out (their dried papaya and chili sauce are delicious, I bought them separately!)

It was my first time to come to Guilin. I chose this hotel online for a long time before I booked it. I was so pleasantly surprised. Before I checked in, I received a call from the hotel’s front desk steward, asking about the arrival time. He also gave a detailed introduction to the distance from the station to the hotel, as well as tours. Strategy, the service is very attentive👍👍👍. When we checked in, we felt the warm hospitality of Guilin people. The beautiful woman at the front desk introduced the hotel's supporting services in detail, provided osmanthus tea, afternoon tea, dessert drinks, etc., and helped us carry our luggage to the room, which was very pleasant. Warmth, feeling at home👍👍👍. The hotel is very close to Elephant Trunk Mountain, about ten minutes' walk, and the guide provided by the hotel is very practical👍. The room is the most satisfactory. Although the room is not large, the equipment is good. It was opened not long ago and is very new. Especially the bed is very good, I slept very well, my family loved it👍👍👍. The Guilin rice noodles for breakfast are delicious, highly recommended👍👍👍. Overall I am very satisfied this time, thank you Xiao Zhou, Xiao Wen and Xiao Hao👍👍👍

Guilin Trip was amazing! The Gangshe Hotel (Guilin Two Rivers and Four Lakes Xiangshan Scenic Spot) is within the city where you can find around the famouse Guilin Food and choose the best food you can see --- located just at the side of the hotel - the busy street foods, big and small restaurant, shopping mall, near to the Guilin river trip, to the park, and if you are foreigner like me who still love Mc Donalds and/or KFC but alaso love street food, its around the hotel. The hotel service was nice! they know I am foreigner and they take care the communcation with mix Chinese- English. One of the hotel staff added my wechat and we can talk in translated English - Chinese, which is awesome. They have free tea / coffee from 2:30 to 4 PM, it was nice Latte coffee blended with Chinese snacks. My room is a single bed, enough for a solo DIY traveller's with all the comfortable facilities needed to live comfortably. I suppsoed to believe that the view outside the window is the Elephant trunk or Elephan Hill as seen on the trip.com website, its about 10 minutes away by taxi + traffic. I spend the whole afternoon trekking in the elephant hill, explaining what about the stabbed elephant mountain hahaha. Location is really perfect, just walking to every spot of scenery, restaurant, pedestarian street. They give herbal tea every evening 6 star ****** hotel

When I got to the room, I found that the toilet smelled very strong. I immediately went downstairs and asked the front desk to change my room. Xiaomeng at the front desk was very nice and helped me change my room right away. The room has window screens to prevent mosquitoes, and a robot can deliver takeaways to your door. For the price, the overall price/performance ratio is good.
