Stayed for 2 nights; Overrated, OVERPRICED, unfriendly staff (friendly only towards white people), no hot water, horrible buffet breakfast and dining area infested with flies and ants and the food is cold.
The hotel room needs a major revamp as the room and toilet is filled with creepy crawlies.
Extremely disappointed when a 4 star hotel operates in a horrible manner. For that price you expect something decent but you will get nigh**are instead. You can pay something lower for a better hotel.

A nice hotel and as the weather is cooling in this area, the hotel don't install Aircon in the room. Will have naturel aircon when open the window. Highly recommend this hotel.

I used it on my second Blastagi trip. It was located in a scenic location, the food was delicious, and it was crowded with many tourists. One thing that bothered me was that there was no remote control in the room as the air conditioning was throughout the building.
I had to cancel due to a sudden change in my plans for the next day, but I would like to use the service again if I have the opportunity.

We couldn't sleep during our stay. The noises around 9.30pm till 11.30pm. The nice about the hotel view and garden are beautiful. The hotel need renovations.

It has a clean, beautiful swimming pool and playground for kids.
The spring mattress is a bit soft and pillows are too firm.

Run-down hotel, in need of renovation, staff is nice but a bit too present. They mean well, but you feel very watched, not entirely at ease. Restaurant is fine. Rooms look fine, showering with hot water is only possible between 5:00 PM and 10:00 PM.
