We had a good time at the hotel, the room was very large and spacious and the staff are very friendly. They brought fresh fruit to us and supplied lots of filtered water. The location is handy right above a large supermarket and near the railway station but if you are looking for more shopping and dining it might be a little quiet for you.

總結：挺好的，可以入手
優點：
1，門口有地方停車，挺方便
2，服務不錯，説有果盤沒收到也退還50元，服務員主動打招呼幫忙拿行李
3，房間隔音不錯
4，樓下就有便利店
缺點：
1，有點K房改建的感覺
2，早餐菜式單調
3，樓層呈口子型，對內的房間每個窗户對面都看到別人的窗户

【位置】距離回王府等景區4公里左右，能看到火車站，酒店在魔方大廈內部11樓。
【環境】乾淨整潔，寬敞明亮，枕頭很舒服，餐廳很有民族特色，菜品豐富。
【服務】前台小姐姐服務態度很好，升級了房型，管家彬彬有禮，給送了泡腳桶和果盤，11樓電梯出口有耐心引領人員，餐廳和保潔人員都非常有禮貌。
【停車】魔方大廈四周都可停車，出車前到前台掃碼即可免費出車。
【寵物】寵物友好酒店。

酒店房間乾淨整潔，前台小姑娘服務熱情，在沒有加價的情況下給我們升級了家庭房。酒店管家服務也特好。還給我們贈送了迎賓果盤。我和朋友們都很滿意。下次經過的時候還會去入住。

訂房時沒大關注有窗無窗問題，因為帶着小孩，前台很有耐心的為我們及時做了調整。
酒店管家A更是貼心送上果盤，熱情周到的服務讓人感覺回到了家裡。
房屋設施良好，細節在一次性馬桶墊，小熊牌的加濕器和熱水壺，佈置也如同回家一樣。
早餐也很豐富。
早上離店時，酒店保安熱心提醒電梯乘坐，前台及時提醒開車前在大廳掃碼。
總之，從內地回來的第一站，就是到家了。

酒店很好找，房間很不錯，暖氣特別熱，酒店裡的所有用品都用密封袋密封好的，很用心，還有一次性馬桶墊。進門還有酒店管家A號送來的歡迎水果，酒店管家A號特別熱心，有求必應，有要求很快就解決了。酒店的早餐也很豐富，可以滿足大人長者小孩的所有需求，打掃餐廳的大姐收拾起來特別快，總是能保證餐枱桌面的乾淨整潔，還能及時補充上缺少的餐食，特別好。以後有機會去哈密還會選擇辰泰！
