First visit and very good experience for the Five star hotel hospitality services , Celine and Lucas both very helpful and professional . Room cleanliness is quite shocking if you accept long hair in bathtub also frayed and stained carpet in room. Is reasonable for the noise facing to road but I encountered many times for some dropping noise along external window. Anyways this hotel is really a five star hotel except the cleanliness and maintenance

Great location beside Harbour City and Gateway Arcade and only 5 mins to star Ferry. Staff were polite but not overly helpful. We were supposed to have a welcome fruit bowl but didn't. Room was a good size and very comfortable but the electrical fittings are over due for refurbishment. Will use again because of location.

We booked for a double bed but they gave us twin beds. We called the reception to change it and they kindly upgrade us to a bigger room on the top room. It’s a minor mistake but they handled it well. The interior design is classy and new. All the electronics in the room can be control by tablets which is very convenient. We had the spa there. The couple spa room is a bit small and the therapists are the best we experienced in HK hotels. Highly recommend the spa there.

The view is wonderful if you take a harbor view, it really changes the experience. The service is great except the check in process, the staff is not enough, plus they let the platinum member in before the other guests so you will have to wait until there are non more platinum… they should have at least ONE PERSON taking care or non platinum members. Location is awesome, go to the top floor bar for a couple of drinks, the view is worth it. I recommend it without doubt

My experience in the Hyatt King Room with Club Access was excellent! The staff was professional and super courteous, answered all the questions I had. The room furnishings were just right, I had a City View room and it was really nice. The bed was firm with give (good for my bad back), and you can just tell everything was chosen with intent. The complimentary breakfast was also just amazing, for the price I paid, I think it was an excellent deal.

Our stay at Renaissance was enjoyable. The service was excellent. The views from our harbor view room was nice. However, the reception counter was very busy since there were many guests and the hotel could have perhaps had more people tending the counters. They were very kind and thorough, nevertheless. The breakfast buffet at cafe renaissance was very good with a wide range of selection and food cooked to order/fresh. The navigator services were excellent in helping get transport to and from the airport as well as other destinations during our stay. We ordered room service one night and the quality of food and service was great, I recommend the fries. It was my wife’s birthday during our stay, and the hotel sent us a complimentary birthday cake which was delicious and thoughtful. Thank you for a great experience.

Great location. Close to all the restaurants and bars, not too loud. There's a construction site next door but I didn't hear anything over the weekend. Room is small but clean and equipped with a small tv and large desk. Good spot if you just want to come for a weekend and go out for dinner and drinks with friends. Only downside is that there's no gym of any sort and lugging luggage up wellington street from the mtr is a bit of a pain. The better option would probably to take the escalators from central.

It doesn’t have enough space to move around when you have your suitcase opened on the floor. The bathroom doesn’t have a bath tub.

A very satisfying stay. The hotel is just 100 meters away from Exit C2 of Tsim Sha Tsui MTR Station! There is a bus at the door and a minibus on the side street, which is super convenient. We had the best stay here at Wing Lee. Ching, the lady in charge, was very accommodating, friendly and enthusiastic! The room is clean, and she changes the towels everyday. I am quite satisfied with the hotel I stayed in this time. Although the hotel is small, it is well-equipped with all the necessary equipment. The boss also thoughtfully provided an adapter plug. The hotel is very close to the subway entrance, which is a convenience. There is a restaurant downstairs that serves barbecued pork rice and the food is very delicious. Highly recommended! Grandpa was very enthusiastic and explained a lot of things to us. The service was 100% perfect. I will consider staying here again next time I come to Hong Kong.

Hotel was in a good location, lots of shops/restaurants close by and also very close to K11 and harbour city mall. Also the metro stop is only a 4 minute walk from here. Room was a bit small and the blinds on the window make a lot of noise. The toilet was a bit dirty and the shower head didn’t work properly but… overall it was fine. Pricey but… everywhere in HK is pricey.

In terms of walkability and convenience, this hotel is good - about a 7 to 10 minutes' walk from Exit C / H / R of Tsim Sha Tsui Station. I walked past it though, as it's quite discreet and unflashy. I got an early check-in as well. The room is like it looks in the official hotel picture, plus a couple of years' worth of wear and tear. The street noise does come up a fair bit though. The in-room amenities are adequate, the size is alright for the price point (esp given it's Hong Kong). If I was with my family I wouldn't put them up here, but for a solo trip it'll do.
