GGuest UserThe location is excellent, just a short distance from Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori for shopping and dining. The hotel's large bathroom is fantastic, and they provide POLA toiletries. There's also a guest lounge by the entrance with complimentary coffee and tea, where you can dine.

IinlongtimeThe hostel is located nearby JR Namba station (South Exit) only 1 min by walk and there is the elevator in the building on the right hand side of south exit of JR namba station that you can use to get down and the building is connected with JR Namba station south exit. There is separate floor for only women that you have to tap the keycard in the elevator to go up to your floor and tap again on the door to get in the main room. On the women’s floor, there are living room, bedroom, bathroom, toilet rooms, onsen rooms, changing room, locker rooms, makeup spaces that offer you the makeup remover , cleansing foam, hairdryer, hairspray, Hair straightener, Curling iron) and all are separate rooms in the same floor. Moreover, they offer you for first check in with free pajamas, towel, hair towel, slippers, and more facilities that you need for travel. Also there are vending machines, laundry machine and dryer machine on the floor that you can use 24/7. The staff were super nice and helpful! There is a good tiny coffee shop nearby the hostel, I’d highly recommend!

JJellybeanYuFirst Cabin Midosuji Namba offers a great concept for solo female travelers, featuring spacious single ”cabins” that are a wonderful upgrade from traditional capsule hotels. The dedicated female-only section feels highly secure, and the modern magnetic electronic doors provide excellent peace of mind. Additionally, the hotel's location directly above the Namba metro station makes exploring Osaka incredibly convenient. A nice bonus was the variety of free amenities provided, such as comfortable nightwear, fresh towels, and slippers. However, the property has a few significant drawbacks when it comes to comfort and facilities. While things like clothing and towels are provided, there are no free individual toiletries available for your room, so you will need to bring your own. Furthermore, because the cabins use thin walls and sliding doors rather than solid, sealed entries, there is zero soundproofing. I could clearly hear my neighbors talking, coughing, and rustling around throughout the night. The shared facilities are also far too limited for the number of guests on the floor, leaving everyone to share just two independent showers and a severe shortage of toilets. Ultimately, this is a highly secure and well-located spot for budget-conscious solo travelers. Just make sure to bring your own personal toiletries, pack a pair of high-quality earplugs, and be prepared to wait for the bathroom during peak morning and evening hours.

GGuest UserA cozy place, just like home. It was super convenient having the bedroom, sink, and bathroom all on the same floor. But the best part was being able to freely socialize with friends from all over the world.

GGuest UserStayed at Y’s Cabin Osaka Namba and had a really good experience overall. The location is excellent — very close to Dotonbori, Namba Station, convenience stores, and many restaurants, which made traveling around Osaka very convenient. The capsule and shared facilities were clean and well maintained. I especially liked the public bath area after a long day of walking. Staff were polite and the check-in process was smooth.

AAmanzhol YestekovLocals don’t usually come here to sleep — they come to wash, relax, and go through the full spa ritual. There are three types of steam rooms, a circular shower, and three baths: two hot ones at around 41°C, and one cold shock bath at around 11°C. You dip in and instantly feel alive. One unique feature — every hour they run a group steam ritual, like a collective massage & heat therapy session. Very Japanese, and surprisingly affordable. Definitely worth trying. There’s also an inexpensive breakfast option, plus vending machines with food and drinks right inside — very convenient. Overall, it’s a men-only vibe: arrive, clean up, relax, reset, and go about your day. The capsule is just a bonus on top of the sauna experience. They give you clothing — not a robe, but loose Japanese pants and an oversized T-shirt. You get your own locker, bedding and clothes are changed daily, and the bathrooms have literally everything: toothbrush, toothpaste, gels, shampoo… even nail clippers. You don’t need to bring anything. Location is fantastic — right next to Dotonbori. Step outside and you’re instantly in the heart of Osaka’s nightlife and energy. Downsides? A strict checkout — you must leave at 10:00 AM, and check-in starts only after 3:00 PM. If you want to stay during that gap, it’s around 300 yen per hour, or ~900 yen for the day. Still — great experience. I always wanted to try a real Japanese capsule stay. Inside the capsule there’s a TV, radio, adjustable lights, and AC — though it blasts pretty strongly, so I turned it off.

KKukudefeiniaoThis hotel absolutely exceeded my expectations; it's almost on par with a five-star hotel. I've stayed in many capsule hotels, and this one is the best. The large public bath has everything you could possibly need, they even provide swim trunks! Razors, toothbrushes, hand towels, bath towels, pumice stones, exfoliating mitts, and multiple types of facial cleansers – they have it all. Can you believe there's even an open-air bath? They also offer massages, but those are extra. And seriously, they even have a blood pressure monitor! After showering, you can grab a drink and some noodles, which can be charged directly to your room. The luggage area has a huge packing table, with space underneath for oversized luggage (I didn't use it so I don't know if there's a charge). The lounge area has sofas for watching TV, and even a smoking section – it's incredibly convenient! Right outside the hotel is Umeda Higashidori Street, where bunny girls invite you to all-you-can-drink deals, and there are all sorts of food options around. The capsule itself is quite spacious, and the bedding is incredibly clean – I mean five-star hotel quality clean. I don't understand why the rating is low; for me, the only 'downside' is that there are too many amenities and services to explore before I had to check out. For a capsule hotel, the service is almost too much! One final friendly tip: you'll still need to buy your own toothpaste...

GGuest UserI chose this one close to the venue to go to the Expo. It was close to Osaka Port Station, and I was able to walk without difficulty even with my luggage (6 years old). It was my first time to use an unmanned accommodation, so I was very worried about whether I could enter the building, check in, and enter the room well, but I was relieved because even I, an analog, was able to do it smoothly. I printed out the passkey and QR code necessary for input so that my smartphone could get sick, so I didn't have to cover it. The building is kept very clean overall, including the rooms. There was no particular problem if you didn't care about the details such as the unit bath and the drainage ditch of the wash basin. I was very happy to be able to wash because there are several washing machines and dryers (and detergents are also available!) that can be used for free in the laundry room. And above all, the cospa is good! Easy to go to the Expo and sleep soundly at this price! It was very helpful. By the way, it was in the 3000 yen range by taxi from the Expo West Gate to the hotel. It is close to Mt. TENPO, so I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity. And! The nearby Korean restaurant was very delicious!

RRoserongyuThe location is very convenient, right in front of Zoo-mae Station and within walking distance to Tennoji. The room was very simple, just a tatami mat. My room had ventilation, but the heater wasn't working, so the room was quite cold. The restroom was shared by both genders, and there was only one... The shower situation was the most inconvenient. Women could only use the bathroom for one hour, from 9-10 PM. Because there are more male guests, men had a longer shower time (5-9 PM).
