Good: friendliness of front desk & housekeeping staff; previous visits were overall great experiences.
Not good: lack of preparedness by management for the number of guests staying in the hotel - most notably breakfast was a nightmare! No plates, no spoons, many food options gone (with 2+ hours still remaining in scheduled breakfast hours), 55 minute wait for omlet station. Also, doors to breakfast area closed promptly at end of scheduled hours even though there were still over 100 people in the dining area and people still in line for omlets (who were, I assume, allowed to order and then let back out). Such a disappointment from a hotel we've stayed at many times with positive experiences. Also disappointed the billiards tables have been removed. That was an element our family always enjoyed when staying here.
