All the carpets are threadbare very unclean the hotel is very outdated upon booking a asked both rooms to be near lift one not to bad the other was nearly at the other end only do rooms service every 3 days pretty bad for a 4 star will never stay again"

"Had a lovely stay at Arrandale apartments. The apartment was spacious & had everything we needed. It was in a great location, a short walk from the centre of Douglas. There is a handy Tesco Express nearby and a bigger Tesco about 15 mins walk away. They were very flexible with early check in and late check out to suit our flights."

"Lovely hotel. The service was exceptional, I can't praise the staff enough. The room was cosy and had nice views to the seafront. The breakfast was delicious and there was a good choice (no veggie option but it was still possible to order only the non-meat options like eggs and mushrooms). I would definitely recommend this hotel"

"I visited kings house with a friend during the Manx Grand Prix and couldn’t have been happier with our hotel stay. The family that own the hotel are so friendly and made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived (which was around midnight due to us getting the late ferry over from Liverpool). The location of the hotel is great and it’s conveniently located next to a great pub. I would absolutely stay here again and will be recommending here to everyone. Thanks for a wonderful stay"

"Stayed in a room overlooking the atrium gardens. This is a unique and beautiful space with a fish pond which my son was mesmerised by. These rooms also have an internal balcony overlooking the atrium which is a lovely feature. The bathroom was shiny new and immaculate. Some parts of the hotel are dated and a bit tired. It’s nice to have a swimming pool but it is very small so if there’s more than about 7 people in it they can’t let you in. Good choice at breakfast buffet of different fruits, pasties and usual cereals and hot items. Service at the desk and breakfast is friendly and welcoming. Guys at the bar didn’t smile, maybe just trying to be cool."

"2nd time staying here, location is very decent, handy for the ferry terminal, 10 minute walk and close to promenade. Beds super comfy as usual with Premier Inns, breakfast ok although there wasn't a choice of eggs despite the company logo on the room swipecards! Shower decent quality also, yes I would go back again."

Hotel was in a good location, 2 mins walk away from the main shopping promenade. Service was great from reception, housekeeping and breakfast crew. Only thing is the rooms are a bit dated, and could probably do with a refresh.

Great location, nice room, size was more than adequate for a solo traveler. Only issue was it might be a bit noisy with the windows open (but I suspect this also depends on where your room is facing). Nonetheless, was a still a great property and worth the price.

The location was great. Easy to walk to the horse tram and electric railway. Bus service. Next to the sea. The hotel rooms are sea view. The breakfast is complimentary by the hotel . Some shops around. City centre is not far as well, you can walk or take a bus only 4 stops away.
