Όμορφο, ήσυχο, πεντακάθαρο, 100 μέτρα από το σπήλαιο του Περάματος, ιδανική επιλογή για όσες μέρες κι αν θέλετε, με ωραία διακόσμηση, μόλις δυο χιλιόμετρα από τα Ιωάννινα. Οι ιδιοκτήτες πολύ εξυπηρετικοί. Σίγουρα θα επισκεφτούμε ξανά !!!

Ένα όμορφο, μικρό, ήσυχο ξενοδοχείο στο Πέραμα (ΜΗ ΚΑΠΝΙΖΟΝΤΕΣ) Απουσία ιδιοκτητών (τους βρίσκετε στο καινούργιο ξενοδοχείο) λίγα τετράγωνα πιο πάνω. Είχαμε δωμάτιο με θέα στο parking Στο δωμάτιο υπάρχει κουζινάκι με 2 μάτια(εκ των οπίων το 1 δεν λειτουργούσε) Δυστυχώς παρόλο τις σίτες που υπάρχουν, μπαίνουν μονίμως μύγες... Κάθε μέρα κάποια κυνηγούσαμε. Υπάρχει αυτόνομη θέρμανση, η οποία ενώ υποτίθεται ότι την ελέγχεις εσυ, τελικά κλείνει το πρωί και ανοίγει στις 18:00 το απόγευμα (επιστρέφαμε το μεσημέρι & ξεκουραζόμασταν μεσα σε ένα παγωμένο δωμάτιο... καθημερινός αερισμός δωματίου) Ηχομόνωση καμία, ακούγαμε ακόμη & τις κατσαρόλες ενώ μαγείρευαν απο το διπλανό δωμάτιο) Χρήζει οπωσδήποτε ανακαίνισης (κι όχι να μπαίνει σε 2η μοίρα..λόγω του νέου κτηρίου)

Καθαρό και περιποιημένο,με ωραιο χαρακτήρα το δωμάτιο και αρκετά ευρύχωρο…εχει parking για το αυτοκίνητο και απο το μπαλκόνι εχεις θέα την λίμνη!οι ιδιοκτήτες χαμογελαστοί και πρόσχαροι…7’ απο το κέντρο της πόλης…πραγματικά value for money!
