"The so-called ”pyramid side view” room actually only offers a city view. You can't see the pyramids from the room at all. If you want to see the pyramids, you'll have to go to the rooftop terrace. Definitely do NOT book the pyramid side view room! Furthermore, the area downstairs is quite unpleasant, and the Wi-Fi is poor, even cutting out at night. At 4 AM, you'll be jolted awake by very loud chanting from loudspeakers, so be prepared to be disturbed. The hotel clearly states check-out is before 12 PM, but the front desk insisted we leave by 11 AM! The only positive point is the excellent pyramid view from the terrace, and one young male server at breakfast provided outstanding service."
