"Hotel Review I’d love to write this glowing review for every member of the hotel team! The entire staff is gorgeous, warm and extremely welcoming the second we arrived. Their service is truly amazing — attentive, considerate and full of genuine kindness all day long. Every single one of our requests was dealt with efficiently and perfectly, and they all went out of their way to make our stay relaxed and worry-free. We were so impressed by their professionalism and heartfelt care; this outstanding hospitality is unforgettable. Special thanks go to our lovely reception team Mayar and Essra, Lamiaa from Guest Relations, as well as Mena and Gehad from the restaurant. They were all polite, patient and always ready to help with anything we needed throughout our trip. I also want to give a separate sincere compliment to Mohamed Marzouk Belman. He was incredibly helpful when our travel plans suddenly changed. He patiently listened to our issue about checking out early at 6 p.m. and tried his best to figure out a flexible solution for our room booking. His thoughtful support saved us a lot of trouble, and we really appreciate his kindness and dedication. This gorgeous team and amazing service have made our time in Egypt wonderful. I will highly recommend this hotel to every traveler and hope to come back someday!"

"Great Stay Near Pyramids! I had a solid stay here. The hotel is clean and the hot water is excellent. The view of the Pyramids from the terrace is absolutely stunning, and it’s very close to the Grand Egyptian Museum. A few things to note: Amenities: There is no kettle and no hairdryer in the room. Pyramid Access: The entrance next to the Marriott is closed. You have to use the Sphinx entrance. I recommend taking a taxi there as the walk is very dirty. Transport: Use InDrive. Avoid Uber or Careem here as they try to scam a lot. Food: Visit Zeeryara Pyramids Elite (3 min walk). It’s a bit pricey for Egypt, but the food is perfect. Overall, a great spot for the price and the views!"

"The hotel is conveniently located right next to the Cairo train station, which was perfect for me as I arrived by train from Alexandria. Because of its convenient location, many Chinese guests stay here, and I even met some fellow Chinese travelers during breakfast, including a kind owner from Zhejiang! Lubna at the front desk has excellent English and was incredibly helpful! She provided a lot of assistance, printed documents for me for free, and offered travel guidance. The hotel has been recently renovated, is very clean, and tastefully decorated! The room wasn't huge, but it was perfectly adequate for just me. The room rate was very affordable, and breakfast was included! The elevator is a bit old and small, and it doesn't stop on the same floor as the room, so you have to walk half a flight of stairs after getting out. However, there's always someone to help you with your luggage if you offer a small tip."
