The location of the hotel is in Central Cairo, where they took over a floor of a historical building. The facilities are new. The staff is friendly and helpful.

I'm giving the highest rating based on our personal experience, not necessarily for the hotel as a whole. When we arrived, our booking for two people was mistakenly for a triple room. The reception staff were surprised and offered us a different room. We checked it out and were thrilled – a two-room suite with a large fridge, microwave, sofas, and all the trimmings. Hot water was available constantly, day and night, all the plumbing worked perfectly, there were plenty of hangers for clothes, and the internet was fast. Even if you think there's no elevator, there is one; it's just like those in older buildings, moving between the staircases. It didn't break down once in our four days there. Breakfast was the same every day, but we asked for fried eggs instead of an omelet and they made it for us without a problem. We brought our own cold cuts. The reception staff were incredibly hospitable and spoke English. If you can't get your point across, Google Translate or photos from the internet will help. If available, they can exchange dollars at the Google rate. We also asked for extra towels, water, and toilet paper, and they brought everything immediately. The photos were taken on our departure day, so it's not perfectly tidy. Also, the beds aren't soft at all; they're not hard like wood, but not soft either, but that seems to be the style in Cairo, even the sofas here are firm.

This was the best hotel I stayed at during my trip around Egypt. I was warmly and lovingly welcomed and treated throughout my entire stay. The rooms look exactly as pictured. The classic elevator, the beautiful old wooden floors, and the architecture of the building were all eye-catching. Thank you so much for the pleasant stay!

The hotel staff were reasonably friendly, but the facilities were outdated, and the staff didn't address the issues. On my first day, the shower water kept switching between hot and cold. After contacting the front desk, they moved me to a different room. However, the shower water in the new room was still inconsistent. The front desk then showed me a third room, which had the same inconsistent water temperature. It seemed like every room had this problem, forcing me to avoid the hot and cold water in the shower. Breakfast was very limited. I stayed nine nights, and the food was almost identical every day, with little choice. The only meat dish was sausage. The rooms were generally large, but there were ants near the dressing table. I sprayed insecticide daily. The hotel looks like a four-star hotel from the outside, and the rooms are spacious. However, the shower water temperature was inconsistent throughout the hotel, and the front desk knew but didn't fix it, just kept changing rooms and delaying solutions. There were also ants in the room. The bedding was clean but slightly pilled. Furthermore, during my nine-day stay, I only saw tour groups; there were almost no individual travelers. I was probably the only independent traveler. Everyone else was on Chinese tours or various Spanish and European tours. I asked a girl, and they were all brought by tour guides and only staying for two or three days. Staying for nine consecutive days like I did was really tough; showering was a nightmare. I could only shower briefly, then stop. The water temperature would fluctuate between cold and boiling every minute. I guess because the hotel mainly caters to tour groups, they haven't bothered to fix the water system. The only advantage was the price. If it weren't for the price, I wouldn't have stayed nine nights straight. It was definitely not as good as the Cairo Hilton I stayed at earlier. It was far inferior.

The overall stay was exceptional, especially considering the price 🤩. The receptionist, Aya, was incredibly kind and accommodating, which made the experience even more pleasant. The room was just the right size, with enough space to comfortably lay out luggage. Breakfast was satisfying, offering a well-balanced portion. The location was also very convenient, adding to the overall positive experience.

The hotel is a very good hotel, and the room is clean and the bathroom and the wallpapers are clean. In contrast, even on the 25th floor we hear the claxons because the windows are not isolating. It is a little far from the restaurants and superbs on foot (10-15min).

I am very pleased with the hotel. The service is very friendly, the family atmosphere is great, and the hotel owner is very kind and helpful.
