The hotel is not worth the money we paid. Dirty, very dirty. Not neat and not pleasant to be in the room. The only thing that smooths out is the receptionist who tries to solve the problem and help.
Wifi is disgusting and didn't work during our entire stay at the hotel.
The hotel is in need of some renovation and dry cleaning.

We wanted a hotel near Clarks Amer but this wasn't as close as they claimed to be...almost 10 km from the JLF venue. Everything in local cuisine had to be ordered in advance for room service. Breakfast charges were separate inspite of booking a room with breakfast included @ *********** My friends had a leaking ac and no welcome basket in their room. The breakfast space is too small and gets crowded very soon. Overall, not worth the price it's listed at.

Ambients and service are very nice, It is easy to reach the hotel because located near to metro and railway station Check in and check out is very smooth process. Food is good. Staff will respond very quickly

It was the biggest disappointment ever in my life as a traveller. Despite the lean time like this the hotel could not provide even the basic cleanliness and other facilities. The booking was done after checking the 'excellent' reviews from popular websites like agoda, MakeMyTrip and ***********, which means all the good comments were managed falsely. A word of advise stay away from boutique hotels, howsoever they claim to be 'excellent'.

Should be a 4.5. clean room. Housekeeping is attentive. The food from the restaurant was warm and fresh. We had a room at the front and it was quiet. Location was not far from where we we visiting. The tea was always fresh and warm. Staff speaks English.

My stay with the hotel was amazing with great facilities. The host at the reception ***** with all the staff were very courteous and helped us all ***** our stay. I would suggest this property to all.

The hotel and the rooms were good liked the overall stay, staff was very good and the food was okay 👍🏻. Would recommend the improve the food quality and service more. The hotel I very nice and has a good location point.

とても清潔なホテルでした。スタッフも皆親切で過ごしやすかったです。誕生日のサービスもしてくれました。観光プランの提案もしてくれました。Clean hotel. All the staff were friendly. I was there for my birthday and they gave me nice service. They were kind enough to share their sightseeing plans with us. I would go there again when I come to Jaipur.
