服務：滿意，樓下停車方便免費，有專人負責停車指揮，大家也都聽從安排，為酒店這項服務點贊，避免可能的問題和糾紛。

雙床房的牀頭櫃衞生很糟糕，巨多其他住客的毛髮，看到頭皮發麻，冰箱也很多灰塵很臟，牀頭櫃的桌子和電視台的桌子很臟，住了那麼多次麗楓酒店，第一次住到那麼差勁的門店，很失望，衞生堪憂，以後都不想再住這個品牌的酒店，第一時間給前台打電話，帶我換房的前台工作人員服務態度很好，很耐心帶我看了幾間房，但是其他房間情況一樣，後面到前台換房，我反饋這個情況，另一個工作人員説這個弄不了，就是這樣的，搞不掉的，看得出酒店管理很差，培訓很不到位。

是這次出門遇到衞生條件最差的一家。感覺大廳地面好久都沒清掃過，過道地毯污漬、油跡斑斑。到了室內感覺還可以，揭開被子看到這些，太晚太累也懶得叫他們來換了，用被子墊一半蓋一半

就在職院旁邊走路十分鐘就到了，乾淨衞生，設施完備，有很多很貼心的設施，前台的小姐姐們也都很好。

去了鳳凰，來了吉首，美麗的湘西，神祕又充滿魅力，可以讓人多次來的地方，忘記工作帶來的壓力，放鬆心情的好去處，這邊人員熱情有禮貌，小吃美味可口，打卡了一家很有格調的餐廳，酒店房間乾淨衞生，可能對於行人來説，這是首要的，免費升級了房間還是不錯，停車方便，交通比較便利，感覺沒啥特色，還是希望酒店增加一些當地的特色，會感覺更有屬地特色，下次可能會找一些有特色民宿了，哈哈，總體還不錯

總體來説一般般吧！前台小姐姐熱情度不高！很冷淡！一天換了三個前台！早上有一個就很熱情！看着你笑！房間大小還行，就是玻璃很臟….房間一進去浴巾是臟的！打了電話後面換了！200多的價格是否應該和隔壁學一下（用口袋裝着浴巾、已消毒）看着乾淨些！門口的門衞老大爺真的是老大爺説著聽不懂的話！一問三不知！早餐的老大哥很熱情！服務很好！早餐可以！
