"Pros: It was my second stay here. Great location, very clean and spacious apartment. Amazing partly roofed patio incl. sunbeds, garden table, chairs and rocking chair. You can enter the patio from bedroom or living room. Very spacious bathroom. The toilet is in a separate room. The apartment 110 on the 1st. floor comes with one separated bedroom and living room with a sofa bed. The bed was very comfortable. You will find a There is a coffee machine, toaster, kettle, hob, fridge with small freezer and oven in the kitchen. The staff is great and helpful. Cons: The sofa bed is not comfortable for 2 adult persons. Air con only in the living room. The parking in the building is great, quit expensive though (17€/day)"

"The check-in procedure for this B&B is very troublesome. I don't know how to operate it at all. I asked the locals to help me register, but they didn't know how to do it. We operated from 16:30 to 18:30, but could not open the door. The landlord didn't answer the phone either. Because the temperature was so low, we had to quickly find the SANDWIRTH stays. Damn landlord 😡"

"We really liked the apart-hotel, it is located in the city center, a new modern building with modern renovation and technological equipment. Everything in the room is very well thought out, there is a mini kitchen, refrigerator, washing machine, ironing board, iron, clothes dryer, air conditioning and heating. New designer furniture, everything is tasteful and very practical. We are delighted. The only thing we don't like is that in Europe check-in is at 15:00, and check-out is at 10 or 11 am, it is very inconvenient."

"This is generally a very nice hotel in a great location (a few minutes’ walking distance to the lake and Minimundus, ideal for driving along the lake or heading south to the Karawankentunnel and Slovenia) with great facilities. We enjoyed the large outdoor pool and the indoor spa area, including the pool and chill-out area. We both got massages from Tin, who was lovely and provided great advice for our next travel destination in Croatia. Staff everywhere in the hotel were helpful and courteous. A few “buts”… While the breakfast buffet is fantastic and offers a great variety of dishes, it is distinctly overpriced at €25/pp. I am not a great breakfast eater and had to force myself to eat an awful lot more than I normally would or felt like just to make it worthwhile. In fact, this was the only hotel we stayed in in both Austria and Croatia where breakfast was charged extra. Not impressed. We did not dine here in the evening as the outdoor area appeared to be closed and the menu looked pretentious and overpriced. The superior room was lovely but had no tea or coffee-making facilities, nor any free water. This would seem particularly peculiar in a “spa hotel” where spa staff always advises clients to drink plenty of tea and water after treatment. There were few plugs in the room and the cleaning staff only ever arrived mid-afternoon. Nonetheless, the hotel left us with a positive overall impression. It’s modern, friendly, well-located and has some great facilities – what’s not to like?"

They accused me of touching the hotel alarm, making up stories, really speechless! I have traveled all over the world, this is the only case. I swear I will never stay at an Ibis hotel again!"

"The hotel is located 100m from the shopping centre and 3 minutes walk from the centre. New, light, clean and all-comfort rooms : Smart TV, floor heating, air conditioning, detergents/detergents, pentle, boxes, glasses and everything you need for your stay. Personnel available, prepared, professional and available for requests or different requirements. The furniture is not standard but I think it is both good invoice and a touch of originality to holiday. The advice for quality of service, location and especially parking option. I would return and advise you"

"This is more like a furnished apartment than a typical hotel room, there's full kitchen facilities, dishes and cutlery, a dining table, everything you need for a self-catered stay. The hotel is a few blocks from the train station on one side and a few blocks from the city centre on the other, with a Spar supermarket a block away. One thing to be aware of is that it's unattended, you get the check-in details shortly before you arrive so you need reliable Internet connectivity before checking in."
