GGuest UserBooking this five-star hotel truly felt like a home away from home. Its location is excellent, very close to the city center, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The room amenities are comprehensive, the bed is soft and comfortable, and everything is spotlessly clean. The hotel's dining service is equally satisfying; whether it's room service or the hotel's restaurants, the food is delicious and offers a wide variety of choices.
The hotel staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. From the front desk receptionists to the cleaning crew, everyone is professional and enthusiastic. They always greet guests with a smile and are eager to assist, creating a very welcoming atmosphere. Furthermore, the hotel's gym and swimming pool facilities are state-of-the-art and elegantly designed, providing a perfect place to relax and unwind.
Overall, this five-star hotel meets high standards in service, facilities, and location, making it an ideal choice for both business trips and leisure vacations. I highly recommend it to travelers seeking a high-quality accommodation experience.

GGuest UserWe had a wonderful stay at InterContinental Zhuhai. The hotel environment is beautiful and relaxing. Although it rained during most of our stay, we still had a fantastic time and thoroughly enjoyed our vacation here.
One of the highlights was the infinity pool. Swimming there was incredibly comfortable and the view was amazing, creating a truly enjoyable experience.
The service throughout the hotel was excellent. We would especially like to thank Miya at the front desk. She was professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. Her warm hospitality made our stay even more memorable.
Thank you to the entire team for making our visit such a pleasant one. We would definitely love to stay here again in the future.

The lobby is also grand, clearly a well-established five-star hotel built when the real estate market was booming... But the downsides are just as significant: the food is absolutely, horrendously bad! They clearly put no effort into it! How can a Guangdong hotel serve such uninspired breakfast and lounge food? I stayed for 5 days, and the breakfast and lounge offerings never changed. The lounge even served plain white rice to fob people off... Seriously? People are booking your suites with real money during the May Day holiday, and this is how you cut costs?? Do you think your business is too good? Food is part of your service, and you're serving guests such terrible food? Even if the lounge main dishes are uninspired, the fruit and desserts are even worse... I'm truly fed up. Also, the air conditioning in the suite wasn't very cold. On top of that, I had 'Do Not Disturb' on while taking a nap and was woken up by a call from housekeeping. ***I finally fell asleep, and I had 'Do Not Disturb' on, yet they still called me?? How are they trained...? When the higher-end rooms are fully booked, they're still thinking about how to cut costs, completely disregarding the experience of guests who pay good money for suites. This kind of hotel management is truly speechless. The software (management) doesn't live up to the hotel's excellent hardware and the good service attitude of the frontline staff. I probably won't choose this hotel again next time I'm in Zhuhai :(

JJason zhangjinwen1. Upon arrival, I was told to queue for check-in and waited for over 20 minutes without any update on the waiting time.
2. As a premium booking customer, I wasn't contacted beforehand to confirm room readiness, and the room wasn't prepared by 3:00 PM.
3. After being offered a room change, the door lock on the new room had no power, forcing me to go back and wait for another replacement.
4. Between 1:30 AM and 2:00 AM, the delivery robot's wheel noise echoed throughout the entire hallway.
5. From 10:30 PM to 11:00 PM, loud singing and music could be heard echoing through the entire hotel.
6. They claimed to have upgraded my room, but the service definitely didn't match.
7. There was still a long strand of hair from the previous guest on the shower gel bottle in the bathroom.

GGillyjWe recently stayed at the Chimelong Penguin Hotel in Zhuhai with our child, and overall, it was a great experience despite a few minor drawbacks. The hotel is a bit older, so some of the facilities feel a little dated, and the decor isn't as fresh as a newer property. However, its location is unbeatable – you can walk directly to the Ocean Kingdom park, which saved us a lot of commuting and queuing time, making our trip with the little one much smoother. What was even more delightful was that the staff kindly upgraded our room for free during check-in, which was a huge plus!
Our reserved slide family room was a big hit with our child; it came with a mini slide right in the room, so our little one could play to their heart's content indoors. The buffet breakfast and dinner at the hotel's Emperor Penguin restaurant were excellent, with a wide variety of fresh dishes that appealed to both adults and children. Plus, you get to watch penguins while you dine! This is definitely an ideal choice for a family vacation.

MminniezhouThis trip was during the off-season, and my overall experience at Alila was excellent, providing a complete sense of a true vacation. A special thanks to Guest Relations Colin; his service was impeccable, communication was prompt, and he was essentially able to meet every request. During my stay, whether it was arranging transfers, restaurant reservations, room requests, activity inquiries, or even spontaneous outings, he quickly helped coordinate everything. When going out, we could also arrange for a separate golf cart transfer, which made the entire trip much easier and more stress-free.
We stayed in a sea-view room, and the view was incredibly comfortable; opening the window immediately revealed the ocean. The overall sense of space and privacy was good. The room ambiance was perfect for relaxation – watching the sea by day, resting in the afternoon, and enjoying the quiet evenings all contributed to a real vacation feel.
The food at Haitang and Haiyan restaurants was superb; the quality and taste of the dishes were consistently high. The Haitang red wine was particularly good, exceeding expectations. The pool was also fantastic, with great views, ambiance, and a relaxing atmosphere, perfect for photos and unwinding. Swimming felt like swimming right in the ocean, which I loved.
The hotel's activity schedule was also very rich, making it more than just a simple two-night stay. Experiences like sound healing, morning activities, the pool, spa, and travel photography could be chosen based on our time, ensuring the overall itinerary wasn't monotonous and allowing us to relax at our own pace. It's suitable for both those seeking a quiet retreat and those who want a more fulfilling hotel experience. No need for room photos, as other guests have already taken them. Please provide photos of the individual golf cart tour around the island!
Overall, I was very satisfied with this stay. The service, dining, room, pool, and activities all added to the experience, making it a very comfortable and well-cared-for island holiday.

Housekeeping kept everything pristine, and they even provided kids' toiletries, which was a nice touch. The WiFi was also consistently fast. What really made this hotel a stress-free choice was its incredible convenience – shuttle buses to Ocean Kingdom and Spaceship World were right downstairs, and the ride was quick and efficient. The hotel lobby was well-equipped and full of marine-themed decor. The staff at the front desk were incredibly helpful and responsive to any needs. The overall ambiance of the hotel was very pleasant and cozy. The concierge was great for sending and receiving packages, and luggage storage was super convenient for dropping off or picking up bags at any time. They even have a first aid room stocked with common emergency medicines, which really added to our sense of security. The breakfast buffet was delicious and varied, with a great balance of meat, vegetables, and drinks, and the kids absolutely loved it. The activities at Hengqin Bay were plentiful and fun. Both the service quality and dining experience were impeccable. Check-in was a breeze. We'll definitely be back!

TTaxidedeThe service was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. Winson, the front desk staff, was super enthusiastic and made check-in a breeze. Check-out was equally pleasant, and they were always quick to respond to any requests. The service was both meticulous and warm.
The location is excellent, right next to Hengqin Port, and close to restaurants and supermarkets.
The breakfast was also delicious. I highly recommend everyone to stay here.

During my stay, I called multiple times to inquire about dining reservations, parking, directions to attractions, and room facilities. Each time, I was greeted by a gentle and polite voice, and her responses were clear and concise. Winnie is very professional; she never brushed off complex requests. Instead, she meticulously coordinated with various departments to handle them quickly, and her response time was incredibly fast. Even with multiple repetitive inquiries, she remained exceptionally patient, and all communication was fluent and appropriate. She perfectly embodies the service standards of a Marriott five-star hotel.
The hotel environment and room amenities were already excellent, but with Winnie's thoughtful and heartwarming service, my overall stay experience was significantly enhanced. This will be my top choice for business trips or holidays in Zhuhai. Thank you, Winnie, for your dedicated service!
