"Everything was great. The location is excellent, a 10-minute walk to the metro, and you can also take the bus; the stop is a 4-minute walk away. The room had everything you needed for a couple of nights, and the fifth floor shared kitchen had a great kitchen and a terrace. We loved it."

"Small hotel but very nice place that have common place for group or family gatherings or having meals or celebrating. 2 minutes away from Metro station and bring you right to the center of Madrid. Nearby got many eatery and good selection of local food."

"These are really great apartments, everything is brand new. We stayed for one day in mid-June with our family and one child. It was our first time renting an apartment in Europe, so we were a bit confused about how to get in, but the concierge let us in through the intercom. Entry to the room is by code. Everything in the room was there and easy to understand. The air conditioning worked, and there was a sign with instructions on how to connect to the Wi-Fi. It had a washer/dryer, an iron with an ironing board, and everything you need in the kitchen, including a disposable kit with dishwasher detergent, a laundry capsule, a cloth, and a trash bag. There's a large bed and a pull-out sofa, though the sofa isn't very comfortable for sleeping; it sags a bit, and really only one person can sleep on it comfortably. There are grocery stores nearby. The drive is narrow, but there's parking close by to load/unload luggage. A big plus is the luggage storage lockers on the lower floor, where you can leave your belongings with a code for early check-in/late check-out."

"Hotel Exe Plaza is a decent choice for a Madrid stay, conveniently situated about 20–30 minutes from the city center and Atocha Station. The hotel’m is sitting literally on top of a subway station and bus terminal, with quick dining options like McDonald’s, Taco Bell, and Popeyes nearby. We were grateful they allowed us to check in early, and the breakfast offered a nice variety with hot dishes that rotated every few days. The only minor drawback is the lack of a standard supermarket nearby. While there is a Carrefour City in the bus terminal, it tends to be rather expensive. Overall, it is a well-connected and reliable base for exploring the city."

"I stayed at Hotel Chamartin The One in Madrid primarily for its proximity to the train station, as I had an early train to catch. It's right next to Chamartín train station. The entrance looked quite simple, almost like it was under renovation, but once inside, it was perfectly fine. The breakfast spread was quite generous, though the room itself was on the smaller side."

"They say traveling in Europe can be a real hassle, but this place really prioritizes safety! I didn't have to worry about anything getting lost. Plus, you don't even need a European adapter; your domestic chargers work fine! The breakfast selection was also excellent. My stay was super comfortable, and I had a great time!"

"Interesting hotel, but there were some surprises. The place looks rundown from the street, but inside it is in good condition. It must have the smallest elevator that I've ever seen, but it works! We were allocated room 105, above the entrance. It has interesting decor, but to be honest we would have preferred functionality over funky. The curtains wouldn't close completely, so there was a shaft of light in our eyes while trying to sleep, and there was a lot of street noise too. Getting allocated a room higher up and/or located on the back of the hotel would have been better."

"The room was clean and tidy, the facilities were good, and the service was excellent. The front desk staff spoke English, making communication easy. Although not in the city center, it's easily accessible via Metro Line 1 to Sun Plaza. The surrounding area is a quiet business district. Taxis are readily available at the hotel entrance, which is very convenient. The breakfast was plentiful and varied. Overall, a very good hotel."

"Will not come back again. First night no hot water after several minutes of shower and never responded to the issue. If you are a female solo traveler, the neighbour might not be a good or safe option for you."
