The best thing about this place is obviously the location, you can be in and out Times Square all day. The room is well very compact, but still manageable to stay. Plenty of lifts is a plus, so you didn't have to wait that long even staying at the high floor. The unexpected experience was about the water temperature and pressure, which made us really suffered. The staff did come up to fix it, but couldn't be solved. The hotel offered us to change the room, but it was so late at night already. We decided to put our chance to the next morning, which the hotel committed to fix it. Then once again, it was a bit better, but still very hard to use. Finally, after talked many times with the front, we got waived of the extra 30$ charged per day as an apology. One more thing, our card was charged a mysterious amount of 8.01$ in the middle of the night (which the front also couldn't explain what this amount was), which until now, not have been credited back to the card. We tried to email the hotel many times, but got a reply only onece, with long explanation, but not clear about what that amount was. We did ask back again.. and still silent until now. ☹️ It was very well experience, except this incident, that should really be closely taken care of. Now we gave up to ask anything anymore, seemed being ignored by the hotel already, which we were really disappointed. So if you stay here, please be careful about all the amount charged.

The hotel's hygiene was good, and the lobby's color scheme was pleasant. Located in the heart of New York City, the room was a bit small. Although we booked a third-party room, the front desk informed us that our gold card could be used, giving us a $46 credit daily, which was a nice gesture. It's conveniently located, very close to the subway station. The hotel's soundproofing wasn't great. Upon arrival, we had to pay a $75 per day deposit (which was shown on the platform). Additionally, there was a $30 daily 'Destination fee' for each night's stay, which we were unaware of in advance. Besides this, there were two additional taxes (as shown in image 6). So, in terms of cost, beyond the room rate already paid on the platform, these extra charges need to be added. The hotel's breakfast was delicious and almost felt free (menu attached). They offer service in English and Spanish. Overall, the experience was decent. I suggest the platform clearly display all additional fees.

You can see that the room has been around for a while, but it’s been taken care of properly. It was tidy, fresh, and didn’t have that worn-out feeling some older places do. It felt looked after, which made a big difference.

I was happy with the lobby and everything and the rooms were ok however breakfast was not to what I expected. On the first day of breakfast they said we had the option of ham and cheese croissant, granola and ham and egg and cheese croissant. But on the day they only offered a plain croissant which was extremely disappointing. The second breakfast they didn’t even give it to me because they said they’re sold out.

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! It's right next to the theater, and just a few steps from Times Square, Fifth Avenue, and Central Park. You can even enjoy a pleasant city walk from the hotel to the Empire State Building, UN Headquarters, the Metropolitan Museum of Art, and the Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum. Plus, there's a century-old steakhouse right next door, and the Simon Theatre is just a few doors down – perfect for catching the Michael Jackson musical in about a minute. All in all, it was the best choice I made for my trip to Manhattan.

The location was so good Breakfast was free but not bad. I took a cup of ramen and I could eat it because there was hot water on the first floor. The only thing that was unfortunate was that housekeeping was less than 9 a.m., so I opened the door and came in and was surprised to sleep. The staff asked me for a taxi first when I checked out. Take a tick and take a buggy.

The cleanliness was a 10/10 without a doubt!! The room was spotless and like brand new. The only down side I would say is that the bathroom is quite small (you can’t get into the shower unless you close the bathroom door) and the walls are very thin (you can hear your neighbours doing the smallest things such as, opening their door and winding up their curtain). The hotel had standard amenities like a hair dryer, personal care items and toiletry. However, there was no mini fridge or microwave which made it hard for us to keep our drinks cool. Location and service was also amazing. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The location of the hotel was also very excellent! It was just a 9 minutes walk from time square and a 2 minute walk from 7/11 which was very convenient.

There are not many people who comment on it. The hotel is on 49th Street between 7th and 8th Avenues. The roads in Manhattan are easy to recognize, just right and street. Start on Fifth Avenue and then sixth, seventh, Broadway and eighth. In the middle is the street. The Port Authority's main station (that is, the coach station) is on 42nd Street, Times Square is on 47th Street, and the subway can be a 50th Street station, very close. A lot of food nearby (Ichiran Ramen, Shake Burger, Michelin Steak House). The hotel is not a well-known brand in the chain, it is relatively small and not luxurious, but the price is not cheaper than the surrounding Marriott or the like. Last year, I stayed at Marriott very large. The exterior looks larger and more luxurious than this. After all, his infrastructure is very early. But this good place is closer to Times Square than the quiet Marriott there, rooms have microwaves, coffee machines, free fruit and apples, bananas, potato chips, ice water for 24 hours downstairs. There is coffee and tea on the second floor, and friends can sit there. There are slippers, umbrellas and toiletries in the room. L'Occitane. These are not available in American hotels. Dental appliances are not. I booked an agent's twin room at Ctrip at first, which was 500 yuan cheaper than the official website. There are two types of twin beds on the official website. One is ordinary and the other is a barrier-free room with a handrail. The difference between these two types is 500. The double bed marked on Ctrip did not say that it was an accessible room. I booked Ctrip for a small farmer. The fact that I got the room was a barrier-free room, and that 500 was not bad. And it was very low on the third floor. It was super dark in high-rise New York. I went to the front desk to upgrade the suite. The front desk gave me a good discount and added me 50 dollars a day. Hall, bedroom with double bed, double sofa bed in the hall, both bath and shower, and 3 cloakrooms with bathrobe hangers. Ctrip's hotel booking is really very metaphysical, the price and official website are not bad, the room type is difficult to determine, I have learned lessons before. Anyway, the hotel location is convenient and the facilities can be serviced or not. The price is not bad. People do not look at their choices. There is a parking lot on the side of the hotel, and you can also park on behalf of the guests. On the side is the Ambassador Theater staged by Ryoko Micura of Chicago, which is opposite the Mormon Theater.

The room is relatively small, visually measuring about 10 square meters, but in New York, this place with an inch of land and gold, is already recommended. Room facilities are controlled by IPad, which is very convenient. Hotel selling point must be, the location is excellent, in Manhattan Times Square, walking to Broadway, Fifth Avenue, wireless concert hall, after watching the show at night, walking to the hotel quickly. The traffic in New York is very congested, and the hotel has a great advantage on foot. The surrounding subway is also very convenient. Central Park is also very close, the hotel is about 30 minutes walk away. Don't want to go, there is a bus directly to Central Park nearby. In a word, in addition to expensive, it is still possible to live in such a hotel in the bustling area of New York.

Hotel was fine for what we needed but there's probably better options to be honest ... Negative - We had multiple problems including the room we booked not being available the first night somehow ?? ... not sure how that makes sense when we had already booked it ... but anyway we just needed a place to sleep and leave our things and use as a base whilst we explored NYC so it didn't bother us too much. We had multiple issues with the air conditioning not working and stayed in 3 rooms during our 5 day stay ... The maintenence guy ”Zenon” was AMAZING and was just so genuine , helpful and friendly and he is a credit to that hotel. He was the highlight of the hotel and I hope he gets some recognition. Positives - The room(s) were very clean and felt very safe and a good size. Location was great too. For the mid-range NYC price we got what we paid for overall I suppose. The hotel could be better but also it was fine for what we needed and the price we paid.
