Posto pessimo. Igiene pessima. Muri sporchi. La cosa peggiore letto pieno di peli e capelli. Ho dovuto chiamare il titolare per farmi cambiare il letto. Che stranamente era comodo. Per finire puzza di fogna pazzesca. Aspetto ancora due euro dal titolare

Ho soggiornato in questo b&b già ad aprile dello scorso anno e nonostante delle "mancanze"in camera (all'epoca era aperto da poco), l'esperienza è stata positiva: cordialità del titolare,pulizia e confort della struttura, colazione inclusa da consumare in un bar vicino... Insomma qualità/prezzo soddisfacente). Quest'anno la situazione è cambiata. Tutto è PEGGIORATO. Cominciando dalla totale assenza del titolare...(non ci si può confrontare col cliente solo telefonicamente, servendosi della domotica per aprire la struttura). In camera mancavano parecchie cose: asciugamani da viso,carta igienica, cialde per il caffè, inesistente un frigo,in bagno non si può appoggiare nulla,dal sapone in doccia al semplice spazzolino da denti,phon staccato dalla parete; porta con la serratura rotta ( mi sono ritrovata la maniglia tra le mani).Tenda strappata. Comodo,il materasso e il cuscino( almeno quelli). Colazione non più inclusa . Peccato " tradire" la fiducia dei clienti. Marmur Luxury room di lussuoso c'è ben poco!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo b&b per una settimana, le camere sono nuovissime con letto e cuscini molto comodi.Si trova in pieno centro quindi è comodissimo per visitare Lecce .La colazione è servita in un bar li sotto ed è comprensiva solo di 1 cappuccino e 1 pezzo dolce senza neanche una bottiglia di acqua quindi un po' scarsa visto il prezzo.Per quanto riguarda la pulizia è davvero pessima, appena entrati in stanza c'era polvere ovunque , e la cosa peggiore in assoluto c'erano asciugamani usati e sporchi e saponette usate sia nella doccia che nel lavandino!!!! Infinine lo consiglio solo per la posizione ma il rapporto qualità prezzo va rivisto.
