Breakfast was great and the service was also very satisfactory. A small drawback remains, you couldn't see TV well because of the internet, I assume because the picture always had funny characters and a hanging picture, as well as an improper repair in the bathroom. Open wires under tape.

The room has a strange smell as others have said, but overall it's OK. It's only a few minutes away from the airport. There is an airport shuttle bus outside Exist10 on the arrivals floor. There shouldn't be fixed times. You can call the hotel to make an appointment. If you can't contact the hotel on Ctrip, you can contact Ctrip customer service. Handled very well

The hotel is modern, clean and maintained. The ladies in the housekeeping are very friendly and competent and we have felt very well. But the reception staff is incredibly uninterested and not particularly helpful, you are not welcomed and you get mostly only questionable eyes back when you ask questions or wishes. We were not informed about whether and when breakfast is available and where to park. It seems that the parking places are free directly in front of the hotel. Breakfast buffet is good for the low price, but not even empty plates are cleaned. Concluded: The building is beautiful, only service and service is searched for forgiven.

the shower was not draining properly. I called the “Guest Service” on the room phone but nobody answered. I hung up and called room service they answered and told me to dial 99 for “Front desk” again no answer. After a nice while of it ringing I decided to just go down stairs. The gentlemen was nice and professional but it ended there as the room had a shower drain issue that they could not resolve. I was given two options change into a non connected room or just use the shower in the connected room I had. Well what’s the point of paying for two rooms if I have to stand in line to use the shower next door? I paid to have a connected because I have a child staying in the connecting room. Anyway, The room felt musty like the AC was not up to standard, I’ve stayed here every time I fly out early for the past 7 years, but I am seeing the standard drop, as so should it’s 4 star rating…. FYI it’s room 4140 if anyone is wondering what room it is. At least that way you know the need to shut off the shower every 10 seconds to let the water drain to prevent a flood. I paid for two connecting rooms I guess I should have requested that they had two connecting working showers as well.

Excellent hotel, clean, well organised and very friendly staff always willing to help. They have some toys for kids in the entrance. Conveniently located not far from the highway, and inside a new office complex with only pedestrian access so it is very quiet and cars cannot be heard. There room had enough space for 2 adults and 3 kids, very comfortable with a small kitchen and utensils. Will definitely book again if around.

Very good value for the hotel, this price is very good value. The room is large, the breakfast is clean and the facilities are tidy. The only drawback is that you can't open the window because it's right for high speed and noise. Around the rewe supermarket supply point, there is a cheap selling shoes. Parking asks the front desk and there is a free supermarket.

You’ll never find nicer people working in a hotel than the people here. And the rooms are great. Perfect bed. I have neck pain since a couple of weeks and last night was the first time I slept pain free! The pillows are fluffy, the coffee machine is great - the location. I don’t know what else to say to make it sound real :) but I’ve been here a few times now and I never regret it. Funny how other hotels here in the city are ranked on the same level but the rooms are way below the standard of Jaz and the staff doesn’t compare.

The beautiful at an Ibis hotel is always that you really know what you get. I was servicely near Stuttgart, guide from the airport top, reception friendly. Hygiene and cleanness super, my bed was unfortunately a little ”hard”. Breakfast had to be pre-ordered, but that was okay.

From the reception via a mini-fitness to the closed pool to an extremely bad room service, horrible deco and brightness can only be distracted from Adina Stuttgart. However, there were two light views. A competent and cool barkeeper and the thoughtful kitchen knives. In particular, you are welcomed by a very unfriendly and yet incompetent staffer (recognition of black hair), no smile, no explanation, no documentary examination. Just unfriendly. Then you get the smallest room, although you have booked a whole week (Tip the rooms ”11” are much smaller than the others, especially the bathroom, at rmieden. There is no water in the fitness area, or the water donor is broken, it is in the UG and is quite weak equipped. The pool is closed due to technical problems. We moved to a larger room after two nights, which only succeeded because someone from the management cared about it. The room service is a foreign company that makes the bed about like a 5-year-old child. The predecessor had a sock in the box. I wouldn't talk about cleaning. The bed linen was not changed, although it is supposed to happen every three days. You can't run everything behind. The house technology is not mature. There was a fault alarm at 2:00 p.m. at night, no excuse from the hotel. The rooms are also bright for a new building. The bird is then shooting some funny pictures - see photos - that may be from a pre-school project. Well, we are happy that we leave again. Adina Stuttgart must give up. Attention: if the safe is closed, this could be a trick to let money or value roofs just once in the room.

Due to the pandemic we had to cancel other New Year's Eve plans and chose to stay a bit closer to home. This was an excellent choice! Unfortunately I can't attest to the salon, spa, or pool (all are off our to-do list until Germany's numbers are down), but everything else about this hotel was amazing. Everyone spoke excellent English, were very accommodating, and the restaurant requires a review all its' own (magnificent!!). If we had to find anything that didn't deserve a five-star rating, it would be the streaming service (lost Netflix connection frequently), however, everything else at this hotel made up for that. You couldn't ask for a better location; it's across the street from the Hauptbahnhof, and one block away from more shopping than you can do in a day! Every hotel in the world should offer an ”Olaf”! Olaf is the most outstanding of this hotel's very service-oriented staff; he is everywhere you need him to be right when you need him there!! If we owned a hotel chain, we would be trying to hire him away from the Graf Zeppelin - he's that good!! This hotel also has an elegant cigar bar. Although I'm not into cigars, it's so elegant that I did not mind accompanying my husband there. My husband's exact words were ”this place has the very best cigars I've ever tried, and an exquisite class of whiskey!” And thanks to Olaf, our preferred table was reserved in the restaurant and in the cigar bar every evening; We will definitely return to this hotel! Oh, I forgot to mention.......we've traveled a lot and have been in a lot of hotels; this was the first that offered a WALK-IN closet with ample storage storage! The two sinks in the bathroom, both a tub AND a shower were also a plus....comforts of home! (We were in a junior suite)
