The location of the hotel is very good, just opposite to the ticket office of Monkey Island and Didadao Island. There is a local special breakfast "sour powder" downstairs, and you can reach the local seafood market within 100 meters after turning left. 非常滿意，和圖片完全一致。酒店位置非常便利，設施完善，面積很大，一個雙人床兩個單人床，乾淨衞生，洗浴乾濕分離備有浴帽吹風機等，準備了五六份牙刷牙膏，往左看是碼頭附近的海，往右看是猴島的海，如果樓層更高視野更好，我們住在四樓還特地在電梯六樓看了看景色。酒店服務也很熱情，前台親切，晚上十點多下去也有人，可以去諮詢景區門票或者趕海等，中午吃糟粕醋火鍋因此十二點沒能按時退房，小姐姐還給延遲到一點，人很好。下樓就是猴島呆呆島的景區入口，建議公交船到猴島走外圍即可，途中還會路過疍家漁排，我們走了十分鐘左右就能開始看到很多猴子從山上下來要食物，還有特別小的猴子，很可愛，好像有些膽小，會把食物拿遠一點再吃，完全不會主動攻擊，有大猴子可能會低聲吼叫不過也沒什麼動作，比較禮貌。走路兩三分鐘就到碼頭可以早起去看日出和趕海，到碼頭前還可以臨時買趕海工具。在輪渡入口奇妙的看到了免費海灣，和猴島是同一片海域，海水清澈碧藍，景色也非常不錯，沙灘細軟，周邊應該大部分是本地人，打麻將跳廣場舞的，十分熱鬧。酒店樓下有陵水特色酸粉，糟粕醋椰子雞火鍋，清補涼甜品等等，還有超市，周邊設施很全面，離新村夜市也就步行七八分鐘的路程，路上遇到本地人推薦的水果一條街，雖然走路需要十五分鐘左右比較遠，但是晚上整條街都是賣蔬菜水果的，菠蘿蜜1.5一斤超級甜，芒果2.5一斤，百香果5一斤香蕉更是免費送了7.8根，每家店的價格不太一樣，據説我們找到的這家是最便宜的，老闆很熱情，遺憾的是當天老闆沒賣釋迦果和燕窩果，諮詢價格後比別家便宜估計得有40%。整個新村體驗相當滿意！住宿滿意美食滿意景點滿意服務滿意價格滿意，我們一家都想在這裏常住了

優點：去猴島和趕海非常合適。樓下就是猴島景區大門。新村漁港碼頭座船也距離衹有步行3分鐘不到。第一天的前台人漂亮，服務好，主動挑位置好的房間給。
缺點：貴，春節初五到初七，單日581的房價，但設施環境標準卻是100多的旅館標準。電話聯繫不了前台，需要手機撥打直接聯繫。設施差衞生也就非常一般。旅遊旺季，樓下是基本打不到車出行的，周圍交通管制，需要走比較遠才行。自駕車也停車不是很方便，樓下交通整天擁堵，高德整天紅色。海邊比較近但沙灘差勁。比較好一點的需要走2-3公里（直線）

根本就談不上服務，辦入住的地方感覺不足4平米，根本沒有大廳，照片都是假的，房間也就是能睡覺，床很硬，床品特別硬，沒拿一次性床單，蓋了渾身癢癢，停車巨費勁，幸好提前打電話前台説有車位留了一個就沒敢動，因為開走就會沒地方停，去3公裡外的三角梅花基地賞花座三輪車去的，回來沒有人接單，怎麼都叫不到車，三輪車也沒有！這個無語……唯一的優點就是離猴島近，在房間能看到索道，衞生間沒有電插座，吹頭髮整理頭髮太不方便。

位置很好猴島門票對面，但是房間特別不隔音，半夜兩點多小孩特別大聲在走廊跑，家長大聲叫，乓乓關門，我以為早上了呢。
總體位置很好，想上島玩方便，離新村夜市，碼頭都很近。

酒店位置可以，位置不錯，很靠近拍攝熱映電影《消失的她》地方，飯後下樓散步就能到沙灘，看到網紅燈塔。推薦海景房，畢竟在陽台上就能看到海上日出，誰能不愛呢?工作小姐姐非常好，落下了一瓶全新的洗面奶給我免費寄回家了，感動!入住很安靜，隔音很好，酒店裝修時尚房間大廳衞生簡潔乾淨酒店樓下有吃的和便利店非常方便，前台服務很好，很和善價格很有性價比工作人員特別暖心，客房大姐很熱情，真的被小小細節的服務感動到，酒店衞生服務沒得講，客房床品特別舒服，設備全新離海邊100米，酒店左邊10米就是南灣猴島景區酒店視野非常寬闊，站在窗前有一種心曠神怡的感覺特別好，值得推薦下次來新村還會選擇入住，不睬坑。
