　The hotel was clean, and the man in the lobby was very friendly. 　However, the room was right next to the highway, below the elevated road surface, so the noise was a concern. I slept with headphones in, but there were some noises and impact sounds that don't work on Japanese roads, so it was more than just "noisy" - it was quite startling. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to people who are sensitive to noise. 　You might be concerned about the security (appearance) around the hotel, but I didn't feel unsafe, especially as long as you stayed away from the backstreets. 　As for transportation, taxis are of course fine, but the only other option is jeepneys. It was easy to get to the Mall of Asia by jeepney. You'll have to remember which line the jeepney is on to get back, though.
