房間三四天不主動給打掃，用過的浴巾都臭在地上了，也不管不問。還得找攜程客服去反饋，才給打掃了一次。這又已經兩天沒打掃了，真的服務態度巨差。如果不是為了去到出差地點方便，真的不會選擇這裏。****！一團狗屎

Kort verblijft geweest maar alleen voor de looks en hygiëne zeker voor herhaling vatbaar! Ingang is even zoeken maar zit op 2e etage van parkeerplaats. Niet mega duidelijk aangegeven. Verder volgens ons van alle gemakken voorzien maar hebben wij geen gebruik van gemaakt ivm doorreis.

Perfektes Hotel für Reisende, die nicht mehr in die Innenstadt müssen. Tolles Ambiente, alles neu, sauber und geschmackvoll. Tolles reichhaltes Frühstück, Kaffee schmeckt sehr gut. Super WLAN überall. TOP!

Das Hotel ist schön und neu. Allerdings ist ein Neubau ohne Belüftung oder Klimaanlage an einer vielbefahrenen Straße und Straßenbahn ein No Go. Im Sommer kann man hier nicht übernachten.

Alle Mitarbeiter:innen waren sehr freundlich. Im Lounge Bereich kann man sich als Gruppe sehr angenehm aufhalten. Sehr gutes Frühstück, glutenfreie Brötchen waren überhaupt kein Problem. Der Eingang ist - wenn man wie wir ohne Auto anreist - etwas versteckt. Für einen Neubau wirkt die Planung: Anreise mit Auto, Zugang über Parkplatz /Parkhaus etwas altmodisch… Tram-Haltestelle in Richtung Innenstadt ist nur 2 min zu Fuß entfernt. Das Stadion ist fußläufig erreichbar!
